Smaller campground where owners are on site and most helpful. A bit tight for big rigs but the owner is there to help you in and out. When we called he said he had a site we would fit in; call first, especially if you are over 40 ft. Some slope to sites but this is the mountains. Owner helped us place blocks under wheels. Picnic table and fire ring at sites. No pool or playground, etc. Convenient to stores, restaurants, and local attractions. Road noise is not an issue. Great campground for a few nights although we did meet folks who stay for a month or more.

Rate reflects combination of weekly/monthly rate. Electric is separate. We stayed here for 7 weeks as we had a medical issue. Note that medical treatment in Washington and nearby Greenville is very good. This park is mostly park models with a grass area for transients. Well kept and friendly. Owner was very accommodating to us since we had a medical concern. Big rigs are welcome. Had no problem leveling. Turn after gate a bit tight; just use caution. Pool and shaded outdoor pavilion and the park has activities for children and adults. Fishing and boating access in park and nearby. Would stay here again.

Old Florida campground with lots of pine trees and also open spaces. Pine sap a problem so we chose the open spaces. Snowbirds had departed so lots of room but when everyone in...crowded and cramped. Lots of park models...some needing attention. Need to check sites; leveling can be a problem. Hookups also can be a problem; some sewers end up under RV and power can be a problem I am told by residents. Pools could be cleaned more frequently as debris blows in and makes a mess. Does not seem like much is reinvested in park. Daily rates way high.....monthly makes the park very reasonable for the area since it is near Disney. We stay here because it is close to family.

Date of Stay:

Older gated Florida park but kept up. Golf course meanders through. Roads are narrow but adequate. Lots of big oak trees with hanging moss in our area. Provides nice shade but need to watch branches. We had to cut down some very low branches and moss to feel comfortable. Some areas open. Workers pleasant and helpful. Wifi ...use your own. No cable but some channels on antenna. Lots of activities during season. Would stay here again.

Great overnight stop. Easy in and out. Pull throughs grassy but level. Owner/host pleasant. Didn't use facilities. After snowbirds so lots of spaces but quite a few RVs pulling in for overnight. Would stay here again.

Great overnight stop. Easy in and out. Some permanent spots but mostly near back. Hookups easy and well maintained. Not sure I would want to stay more than a night or two. Very exposed to sun and wind.

Rate is a weekly Good Sam price. The rating would be a 10 but they did not have a pool. Wonderful, pleasant, helpful workers, nice and spacious sites, beautiful flowers throughout the park, gravel sites with paved roads, easy access to and within the park, all make this a great park to stay overnight or longer. Missoula has a lot to do with a wonderful farmers market. The campground has musical entertainment and ice cream on Wednesday nights. There is some train noise but not overpowering. We would stay here again.

A picture perfect, well kept campground. Access is good even for a big rig. Sites are terraced but level; roads and sites gravel. Hookups well taken care of and easy to use. Plenty of grass around campground. Walking trails everywhere. Owners very helpful and out working around but not intrusive. Golf range but bring your own balls. The reason this is a 9 not a 10 because there is no cable or local TV....satellite reception only. WiFi is a bit slow as well. We would stay here again ... Good for overnight as well as a longer stay.

Agree that this is a great campground. Access is easy. Sites are good for slides and awnings. Each site has a grassy area with a picnic table. A few sites tight on the river but most are in a row at right angle to the water. But there is access and benches to sit on. You can fish right at the campground as well. The owners live on the property and are welcoming and helpful. The gravel path that runs to town is right across the street and the owners keep the grass cut so it is easy to get on it. Livingston is a cute western town and there is much to do in the area. No pool is the reason for the 9 and not a 10. No credit cards are accepted. This is a place to stay for more than one night if you can. Sit by the river and enjoy the views.

Access in and out is easy. For a big rig parking in front is great. Sites are pull through with room for slides and awnings. Trees near sites but trimmed and not an issue. Picnic table at each site. Hookups work well. Store is more of a gift shop and prices were reasonable. Wifi and cable worked. Buffalo is a quaint little town to visit. Restaurants and ice cream shop with miniature golf right across from campground. Fast food also within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Easy in and out access to sites that are wide enough for slides and awnings. Each site has a table and grass area. We were there after some rains and the ground was soft. The sites are gravel but not nearly enough. Our jacks sunk about six inches. We moved the coach a bit after things dried out and it was fine. Hookups are good. Wifi is spotty with a lot of use. Cable was a bit snowy. Workers were pleasant and available. The park honors Passport for duration of stay so this is a bargain for the area. Road traffic was not a problem towards the back of the park.

Rating reflects no cable and no wifi at sites. But for money it is a great place to camp. Huge sites, grassy and well kept. Fire pits and tables. Mostly seasonal campers with permanent sites but there is still room for the drop ins. Road down to water , office, and pool a bit narrow. Watch speed bumps. Owners are pleasant and welcoming; they live on site and are available. Bar and restaurant on premises and food was good. Lots of weekend special events for people. Would return here.

Rate reflects taxes et al. Very peaceful, nicely laid out campground for adults. Wisconsin Dells Is a wonderland of water parks and fun activities for kids. Great to return from a day of playing tourist and have the quiet. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Easy in and out of level sites. Hookup was easy. Everything worked including the Wi-Fi. Rating reflects the lack of amenities like a pool, well stocked store, etc. but the price is much better than nearby parks. Would definitely return here.

Date of Stay:

Nice, relatively level sites in trees which are not in the way of getting in and out. Camp workers police sites as people check out. Workers in store are friendly and helpful. Wifi worked very well the whole week we were there. Easy access to all tourist attractions. Enjoyed stay and would stay here again.

This is not a park for Rigs over 30 feet although they say they are. Sites are not level and the choices we had were difficult to get in or out. Roads narrow with trees but doable. The park has a lot of seasonal campers who were not here on a Thursday evening. Park was pretty empty so did not see the partying that others referenced. Very pretty park and the grounds were well kept. Wifi forget. Some channels of tv on antenna. Stayed one night and would not return in a motorhomes. Rating reflects unsuitability for motorhomes.
