Cutty's Hayden Creek Resort, Coaldale, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

Have stayed here a number of times, it is always a good experience. We stayed in T5 this time, first time we have stayed in a full hook up site. It was a great site, but many of the sites will not allow you to put out your awning. Make sure and mention if you have slide outs, when yo make reservations. This is as close as you can get to remote camping in a campground. If you want a super fancy campground, this is not the place to go. But if you want a great campground the whole family will love, this is your place. Will stay here again. We camped at Cutty's Hayden Creek Resort in a Travel Trailer.

South Fork Campground, South Fork, Colorado

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Great campground, beautiful setting. It is very treed and shady, but even big rigs should not have a problem with clearance. The folks who run this place are great, very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if we make it down to South Fork. If you can get a riverfront site, do it, the sites back right up to the river. We camped at South Fork Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Alamosa KOA, Alamosa, Colorado

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Typical KOA campground. Folks that run it are friendly and helpful. This is the third year we have stayed here, they just put in a new well and pump house, the sulfur smell to the water is gone. The campground is clean, mainly overnight stays. Will stay here again in the future. We camped at Alamosa KOA in a Travel Trailer.
