Knights Key RV Resort and Marina, Marathon, Florida

Date of Stay: December, 2015 - $110.00
Overall Rating:

The check in lady & twice a day garage pick up was the things that were good about this park. Paid for water front site that turned into a mud hole at low tide with the smell of dead fish. No one there to help find my site & the site required backing in on the blind side, site was level. Bath rooms always had water on the floor, showers didn't have an place to put clean clothes while showering. Bath room had a 25 foot extension cord nailed to the wall to run a window AC...would not stay there again. We camped at Knights Key RV Resort and Marina in a Travel Trailer.

The Great Outdoors RV Resort, Franklin, North Carolina

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice camp ground, with paved roads and level sites. The rate is a special for the start of the spring season. The owner is very nice and is at the campground every day. The owner had a Memorial Day pool party while we were there, with food, adult beverages, soft drinks, and live entertainment without any charge. There are many camp workers that will help in anyway they can. This was our first time to stay here, but we will be back for the fall colors - reservations all ready made, for October. We camped at The Great Outdoors RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

M RV Resort , Moore Haven, Florida

Date of Stay: December, 2012 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

We happened on this park by accident, we were on the way to the South Bay RV park, but the wife was tried so we stopped here. It was the best on the moment stop we made on this trip, the office was closed when we got there, but a gentleman that has a RV near the gate met us & showed us to a great pull through site for the night. The park was very clean everything at our site worked great...if we are ever down that way again we will stay here. We camped at M RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Jolly Roger Travel Park, Marathon, Florida

Date of Stay: December, 2012 - $81.00
Overall Rating:

Park was nice, but had a lot of full time RV's. Park was clean and the staff was great. If you are looking for a park with WI-FI this isn't the one you want. The WI-FI here is slower than the slowest dial-up there has ever has been. For the price of this park they should either have a better WI-FI or remove the statement, that they have WI-FI in their ad. We will not stay here again. We camped at Jolly Roger Travel Park in a Travel Trailer.

Rocky Top Campground, Blountville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This is the best park we have camped at in this part of Tennessee. The owners are campers that know what campers need, & they are very helpful from the time you get there until you leave, even helping you set up when you get there & pack up when you are leaving. I just wish we were there more often. We will be back again. We camped at Rocky Top Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Cajun Palms RV Resort, Henderson, Louisiana

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

If you have kids and like a kid park, then is for you. But if you like some shade trees, and quiet time after the sun goes down, find another park. The 10pm quiet time is a joke. We will not be back here again. We camped at Cajun Palms RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Stonebridge Campground & RV Park, Maggie Valley, North Carolina

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here in 2011 & found this to be a very clean, well run park, so we returned here in April 2012 & found the park had gone down hill since a year ago. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the office building had a hole in the roof from a storm, the grass was 2 feet high, and the pool was torn up for repairs. We thought that maybe they just haven't had time to get things repaired, so we returned there one month later. EVERYTHING was the same: the hole was still in the office roof (with the new shingles still there on the ground to be used), the Wi-Fi still didn't work, and the pool was still not opened, but they had mowed the grass. (At least they did do something in a month). We will not be back to this park. We camped at Stonebridge Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
