This place was a bit more expensive than most places we've stayed and not super close to downtown Vancouver (a 20 min drive), but it was worth it. The sites are tight, but private, with large hedges between each site. (One of our popouts actually pushed into the hedge on one side.) There is also grass between the rows which our kids enjoyed. Your tow vehicle won't fit on the site, but they have a lot a short walk away. The best part of this place was the amenities. The indoor pool was clean and fabulous, & our family loved ending the day there. There is also a big fenced in play area with lots to do; this was probably a close second to the pool in my kids' opinions. It was also one of the few places where we used the shower facilities. The showers were clean & warm with great water pressure, & they were free with no time limit. Above the pool there was a "clubhouse" and an outdoor sun patio which looked clean & comfortable. The Burnaby Lake Regional Park is within walking distance and had nice trails for walking. We only wish we could have spent more time at this RV park. The staff here was really friendly, & they had a well stocked store. Another perk was that there were plenty of bus tours and sightseeing activities that leave right from the park so you could organize lots of activities without having to drive (but we had a tow vehicle and did not take advantage of those "travel agent" services). Anyway, I highly recommend this clean and comfortable park.

We loved our stay here. We liked our site and felt that it was private. The staff here was SO friendly! The kids really liked the playground area even though it was a bit small. They did have a big lawn space to run around on, and they were quick to lend us play equipment (a volleyball). They also have bikes you can rent - even kids' bikes - but we ran out of time. We did a load of laundry here and had no problems. We also really appreciated that we were close enough to walk to the little town & a couple beaches. We got a great restaurant recommendation, & we didn't have any trouble with the noise (I felt like the campground was tucked away). They also had some nice looking cabins for rent and even talked with a couple from Oregon who returns here regularly to stay in the cabins. I also highly recommend the short drive to Moonstone Beach. We had a great day there. I saw that some of the reviews said it was dusty - I could see that, but everything was very damp while we were there (a few rainy days - even in June) so that wasn't a problem. We will return here if we're ever in the area again.

We really liked our site with the patch of grass for the kids to play on and it provided some nice shade. The kids also really liked the playground (even though it was a bit old). I really appreciated that the playground area was fenced in. It was very quiet here. The sites were level and easy to get in & out of. The staff was very friendly & helpful here. I was surprised at how many "full-timers" there were here, but they kept the sites clean and it seemed they were all in one specific area. It is also close enough to walk to the bus line that takes you right into downtown so you didn't have to drive, which was nice.
