Happy Holiday RV Village (formerly Happy Holiday RV Park), Cherokee, North Carolina

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

This park was ok for us. We travel with 3 young children and this park is definitely not "kid friendly." The pool was pretty clean, but the playground was very outdated and consisted of a few swings. The arcade was very old and dirty. The staff was not the friendliest either, especially the ladies working the front desk/gift shop. The price was also a little high in my opinion for such an outdated park. We will definitely not be camping here again. The only reason I give the park a 5 is because they have a few good stream side sites. We camped at Happy Holiday RV Village (formerly Happy Holiday RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Ocean Lakes Family Campground, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $67.00
Overall Rating:

We love camping here! We come here at least once a year. It is very busy during the summer months so if you're looking for a nice quiet camp site this is probably not the place for you. There is a ton of activities for kids and it is very family friendly. The snack bar in the campground has great food!! We camped at Ocean Lakes Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Calhoun Falls Recreation Area, Calhoun Falls, South Carolina

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This campground had very spacious sites! It was very quiet and had nice beach area for swimming in the lake. It also had nicer playground equipment compared to other campgrounds. We will definitely camp here again. We camped at Calhoun Falls Recreation Area in a Tent Trailer.
