Alderwood RV Express, Mead, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Good Sam rating is too high for this park. The sites pull-thru and are of adequate length but very narrow and made much narrower with the overgrown trees between each site. Once we put our slides out we could not get between the trees and the RV. Although trees are nice to have, they could be trimmed at least be able to walk around and accommodate the slides. The access roads are narrow as well. The washrooms are old and in need of repair and could be cleaned better. Wi-Fi available but restricted to one computer per site. We will not stay here again. We camped at Alderwood RV Express in a Motorhome.

Daisy May Campground, Fort Macleod, Alberta

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

This park needs an face lift. The water hookups ia a water hose running along the fence and so far away from the site they put us in that we had to use an extension. The little store has supplies but are very expensive. The front desk person should look at what rigs are in which site. We were put in a site too short for our RV. Then after we checked in a small van pulled into the longer site beside us. The caretaker was watering the lawn using the water hose that was running alongside the fence as we pulled in. There were puddles all over the place. We will not stay here again. We camped at Daisy May Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed one night. The sites are very narrow as well as the access roads. There are a lot of permanent people living here. Everything in this park is old and in need of repair. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.
