This park was all concrete and very clean and quiet, but the sites were too close together. We came out of our door, and right into the neighbor's slide out. We were on the 'adults only' side, which looked like all working people who lived there. There was also no place to park your vehicle once you unhooked from your trailer. And as others have said, you'd have to wait until the workers leave for work before you could pull your camper out. We would NOT stay at this park again, although my two 20-something daughters LOVED the bathroom shower-houses, which were VERY nice and the pool. The cable did not work when we arrived. We checked all our hook ups and TV and then called the desk, who said they would send someone out to fix it. But within 2 minutes, it magically started working and we never called back and no one ever showed up to fix it. What do you think?

This was a very nice park located very close to the Riverwalk, Alamo, and IMAX area. It was very clean, and employees were very friendly. The surrounding area looked old and maybe poor, but was really OK. A Walmart is close by as are many restaurants. If ever in San Antonio area, we would definitely stay here again. As always, call for reservations.

PROs: Very nice sandy beach with running shallow water. Nice pool, playground, water slide, and putt putt course. Store is nice, with ice cream, snow balls, icees. Staff is very nice. CONs: The sites are WAY TOO CLOSE TO EACH OTHER. Will not return. Had to empty black tank while neighbors were at the beach as to not disturb them. Very awkward. Very expensive.

PROs: Groups are allowed to park in a circle, or any arrangement within your area. Local/permanent residents areas are private on one end of the park. Not intermingled. Friendly owners/staff. Beach area very nice. Nice pavilion with a wonderful DJ most of the time we've been here. This is more of an adult campground and we love it since our kids are all grown. CONs: Very little TV reception and no Wi-Fi available. (We like to watch the weather reports). Pool is small.
