This park has incredible mountain and valley views especially during fall foliage …the colors were awesome. The park itself is set high up on a hill with a steep climb up on a dirt road. There is no cell phone coverage on that side of the notch so expect to be unreachable while there. The sites set on the side of the hill descending down were somewhat un- level side to side. Satellite worked great and the campground has two small little fishing ponds set up with benches and picnic tables to enjoy. This a a little known gem and we will go back someday.

Expensive park to stay in but well worth every penny. Our waterfront site was awesome and if your looking to be on the water this is the place for you. Kayak right from the site or simply sit and relax while watching the sunset in front of you. Want a pool or WiFi go up the street to their sister resort The Woodlands and use the facilities there. This is our 5th stay and we will go back.

This camp ground has a lot trees with low branches and for us this was a problem. Traveling in a 41 footer, we asked for a large level lot without a lot trees when we made advance reservations. What we got was a small un-level pull through with low trees which made it impossible to get the satellite working. They do have free wireless internet which is a nice plus. The sites however are very tight, and we felt cramped between two seasonals. Overall, it is a nice CG especially for smaller rigs, close to Kancamagus highway and many tourist attractions.

Good Points were the location is awesome and if you have a boat it is a great spot. Waterfront sites in most cases were very nice. This could be an awesome place BUT, Bad points were The DUST was everywhere and got into everything. I could not stand the dust! They would not give one of our friends a FMCA discount even though it is advertised in the FMCA book, they told him it did not apply to a holiday weekend. But they gave us a Good Sam’s discount even though it was a holiday? Upon arrival one of our friends site was full of what looked like big dog droppings, she went to office to complain and to get it cleaned. They came and looked and she was told it was geese droppings and that they do not clean that up so: “she would have to deal with it.” Wi-Fi was available but for a fee and you need to sit at the office with your laptop to get it. I don’t mind paying but want to use it in my coach when ever I want. Surcharge for 50 amp service and a surcharge for the WHOLE holiday week, not just the 4th. Pool is too small in my opinion for the size of the campground. They should have 2 pools: one for adults and one for kids. It was just always crowded and noisy. Several abandoned buildings, just sitting and rotting. What a shame that is. Tear them down and put up a second pool. I'll go back someday because of the location and views, hopefully the campground owners will make the improvements that are so desperately needed.

I loved this campground. It was quiet and clean. We had a "waterfront" site with tidal views. We also were able to get Wi-Fi at our site...it is not available at the park but somehow we were able to connect. We would go back.

Location-Location-Location...is everything. This park is huge and located right at the mouth of the Merrimack river and the mighty Atlantic Ocean. Awesome spot. The park itself is in need of some clean-up. Rest rooms are filthy and the grounds are shabby. The work campers can't seem to keep up with the needs of the campground.

Love the location. We had a great view from our site. Hampton Harbor and Hampton Beach at your finger tips. This place books up fast so reserve early.

This is an awesome location for kayaking and boating. The sounds and smells of the ocean are really just only a stone’s throw away. Tidal bay is sandy not muddy allowing you to walk out during low tide. The sites are grassy and some are level. The campground has no frills other than the location. Owners are very nice and they will di clams for you upon request. We stayed on the Molly Point and had fantastic waterfront views.
