Stayed here for 3 weekend days and got a perfect shady slot on the water. Wonderful sunsets overlooking the bay and downtown Mobile. Current problem with sugar ants. Spray anywhere that contacts the ground and you won't have an issue. Bathhouse with showers is new and clean but sugar ants are in most places (they don't bite they just crawl around). Great boat launch and fishing pier and a 1 mile or so hiking trail that goes up over the water then into a wooded island for birding. Delta Resource Center is across street with 2 more hiking trails and 3 buildings housing exhibits both live and stuffed animals from the region including bears, gators, and snakes. This is a must do. This is a great spot to kayak boat or jet ski but be sure you stay in the channels as the bay is shallow in spots. We will go again. Shopping and food stores 3 minutes away in Spanish Fort. Be sure to eat at Felix's Seafood over by the USS Alabama. Also a must do. Downtown Mobile 5 minutes away.

This is a Coast to Coast membership only campground. I love this park and made it my home park. Great host and workers and owners. If you are a member please check it out. Boat launch and easy access to the main channel of the Wolf river from the oxbow lake this park sits on. Shady slots as well as treeless slots for those who prefer. Slots 46 thru 48 have A/B sides so you can face towards a fellow camper or away. 75 thru 82 are on the oxbow with perfect views and easy access to shore fishing. Fire rings will be provided if asked for. Swimming pool is clean and well cared for. Great park

This is a park ran by the local water district it is a very nice park if you want to get close with nature. Few amenities but lots of nature. Good boat launch. Lower sites where flooded by Issac but are up again. This is the 1st park we stayed at after buying our RV and we stayed 4 out of 5 weekends. We skipped labor day weekend due to Issac. The lake front slots need a reservation. The slots up the hill have shady and open slots. All gravel and some with concrete slabs with picnic tables. Great park
