This is the best RV resort I have been to staff is awesome willing to do whatever to make you happy.bathrooms were spotless and we don't use camp bathrooms. The pool was great and they have a kid pool and adult pool with hot tub all heated it was like heaven in the hot tub. This place is great nice big pads and they loved my big blue dog not too many camps let blue in there office they even gave him treats. The owner and her son are great people and you just don't get that any more people that care. We will be back and great job everyone. Gold Country Campground Resort, Pine Grove, California

Everything here was broken. The water park was broken. We lost water to our RV 4 times. The game room too hot: no AC at all. The pool was great. The pull through sites are not pull through. Had to back out, up a hill. Lucky my truck is a 4x4! Lights in golf don't work. The dog park is a joke. Don't drive here as can't turn around. Again, glad I had a 4x4. Park has a million bees. It looks nice online, but I would never return. It is very pretty, but a lot run down! We camped at Gold Country Campground Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Monument RV Park, Valley Springs, California

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $45.00

We love Camachee the lake, the way it is set up. They keep the tent campers far from the trailers. I can't say how great this place is. The staff always is happy to see us. They are very pet friendly and even my pittbull gets love from all the workers. One guy even brought him treats the next day. My kids love it. We go as much as we can. This park is safe to let the kids run around. My kids fished till 12 one night with no problems. Trust me: I have camped all over California and Camachee is still my favorite place . We camped at Monument RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Pardee Reservoir Recreation , Ione, California

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Its great but sites are by the boat launch, so if you leave doors or windows open, you hear the noise of 8000 people launching their boat. No swimming in the lake but got a nice pool. The walk to the water can be a bit hard in the back. Grandma had to be pulled by my dog in a wagon to get up the hill. Got to love my big blue dog. Staff is amazing and the lady at the gate fell in love with Blue, and welcomed both my dogs. We had a neighbor that didn't like dogs or kids. Staff told her she don't have to like kids or dogs, but at the park you will deal with them. I thought it was great. We camped at Pardee Reservoir Recreation in a Travel Trailer.
