Cedar Lake Bible Retreat & RV Park, Cedar Lake, Indiana

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Family oriented park. Good if you want to be away from hassle of Gary or Chicago. About 1 hour back to things there. We had 30 Amp site (no sewer) so had cheaper rate. Reasonably level site. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We are a Class C motorhome. We camped at Cedar Lake Bible Retreat & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Lighthouse restaurant was Excellent. Better have reservation. Great spot right on Cedar Lake.

AT&T signal not real strong. Used booster then all was good.

Water's Edge Motor Coach & RV Resort, Okeechobee, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Spacious Lots for this part of Florida. Small Park, not organized activities, but each evening a number of the residents meet under Tiki Hut for "happy hour". Great way to meet people and make friends. Stayed here for 2 months.

Wi-Fi was off more than it was on. Phone coverage for ATT was poor unless you have a booster. Verizon was Good.

Rate based on monthly stay. We camped at Water's Edge Motor Coach & RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Whispering Hills RV Park, Georgetown, Kentucky

Date of Stay: April, 2015 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Came for one night. Arrived late, but staff was friendly and helpful. Came down to office when we arrived. Probably one of the friendliest owner couples we have met in a few years. Last 1/2 mile is a narrow road, but no traffic so no issue. Great for overnight. We camped at Whispering Hills RV Park in a Motorhome.

Seabreeze B&B and RV Park, Gros Morne National Park, Newfoundland

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

As others have said, basic back in sites like a parking lot, but great view of Shallow Bay. Friendly staff, Wi-Fi was good, especially the first 5 spots. Stayed here twice in 2012. We camped at Seabreeze B&B and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Friendly Staff. We had a fairly level spot near the office and had Wi-Fi using an external antenna on my RV. Would stay here again. We camped at Triple Falls RV Park in a Motorhome.
