It's ok, but certainly not great. The sites are very tight for larger rigs. The BIG problem is the undependable power. We apparently had a power surge that tripped our inverter off while we were gone to a show. Thank goodness it wasn't too hot because both dogs were home alone. We came home to a mess with dead batteries (8 new AGM) and fault warnings everywhere since the AC had run down the batteries after the surge. I had read other reviews that commented on this issue but thought - oh, no, it's not a park issue. But now I know - oh, yes, it is a park issue. I wouldn't say to avoid this place, but be aware if this issue. BTW. It's a nice clean place and we'd probably come back.

This is a very nice resort and the staff is extremely pleasant. On a whim we decided to stop here for several days which happened to start on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and they were able to fit us in. Very nice! This is a great destination for families with children because of the water park activities across the street. For us it was a bit crazy on the holiday with all the kids around - but they were just having a great time and it's so nice to see all the families enjoying their RVs and this beautiful resort. Some sites might be a bit crammed (the only potentially negative thing about the place) as some other reviewers stated but ours was perfectly private and quiet. The sites right by the entrance are the best in my opinion. The power (100 degree day with all A/Cs on) and cable and Wi-Fi all work very well. Great place, give it a try!

RV travelers beware. This park is not as it is represented on their website. The sites are packed very tight (as little as two feet, backed in rear to rear in our area) and the property is sitting adjacent to I-10 and a very active train track. It is very noisy with trains going by every half hour or so around the clock. The staff and management were very unfriendly and not in the least bit helpful. Because the park was at 100% capacity, they acted as though we didn't matter. We stayed here for one week and, although the facilities are very beautiful and clean, will absolutely never return.

We landed here on our way from Portland south. It was a very pleasant stay and a nice surprise to find such a comfortable and friendly park in such a convenient location. We will definitely make this one of our "regulars". The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have a new section of large pull-through sites for big rigs.

We stayed here while visiting family that spends much of the winter in nearby Fountain Hills. We ended up staying 10 days and it was amazing. The sites are huge and spaced far apart, making for the most privacy we've ever experienced as I can recall. The camp hosts were very kind and helpful. The park is impossible to reach by phone, but the online reservation system was a breeze. Thank you to Maricopa County for building this spectacular park. Because of this terrific experience, we are planning our trip for two weeks in 2013 and will be visiting from Oregon every year. Sitting outside, under the desert sky at night is priceless and something every RV owner would appreciate!

This is a very cute little park and probably the ONLY option in Sedona: which explains the ridiculously NEGATIVE attitude around this place. If there was competition, they'd be in big trouble here, and as a business owner, I despise their attitude. The staff and management are just simply JERKS from any perspective. One would think they'd want the RV community to be excited about their stay in Sedona: not so much! We thought of counting the "DON'T DO'S" for this report, but it would be exhausting! We've traveled the US extensively and this ranks at the top of the BAD ATTITUDE list, but, nevertheless, a cute park and, unfortunately, the only option in Sedona. We're actually heading out a day early because we've had enough of the attitude. We will not stay here again.

We love this place! It's so relaxing and comfortable. Hanging out in the shade of the huge pine trees is a delight. We prefer smaller and more quaint parks but they are few and far between if they are to accommodate our 42ft 4 slide coach. This park does: with tons of room to spare. The owners are meticulous and the place is spotless. They are working so hard to build a good reputation. We will definitely return: many times.

This place is awesome! We ended up here because we were having engine problems with our 42ft Country Coach and needed to take it to the Freightliner shop about two miles away. The staff was so accommodating and hospitable, and the park was so neat and clean, that we stayed a few extra days after our coach was repaired. We are planning a trip back with friends just to enjoy more of the Reno/Tahoe area. Good job Sparks!

This place is scary. It's not an RV park as much as a dirt field with hookups (bare wires hanging out) surrounded by broken down cars and barking dogs. The ONLY reason we stayed is the fact that we were having engine problems and trying to get to the Freightliner shop in Sparks, NV. The owner (we think) came around late in the evening in a broken down old pick up to collect his $10. We gave him cash - no paperwork - just wanted to be anywhere else. We'd drive till midnight to avoid this place if possible. We did not feel safe and couldn't get out soon enough.
