Hidden Valley RV Resort, Tijeras, New Mexico

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

Our rate reflects a Passport America discount; 30 amp. This was just an overnight stay for us. One lane road up to the campground. Not sure what would happen if someone was leaving the campground at the time we were arriving. We were in an older section and the sites were not level and very close. Laundry is new. Easy on and off the interstate. We camped at Hidden Valley RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Double D RV Park, Texola, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

Our rate reflect a Passport America rate for 30amp. You get what you pay for and at $12 you can't beat the rate or the park for an over night stay; it beats a Walmart parking lot. There is nothing around the campground, except a good local restaurant you can walk to. Easy on, easy off the interstate. Grass and gravel sites. We have stayed here twice. We camped at Double D RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Downtown Riverside RV Park, North Little Rock, Arkansas

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Our rate reflects a GS discount. This is a wonderful campground when visiting the Little Rock areas. The campground is just a gravel parking lot, but it sits on the beautiful grassy, tree lined banks of the Arkansas River. The pull thru sites are a little close and facing each other. Great WiFi and hookups. We were able to get all the major network TV channels over our antenna. You can walk everywhere, or take the local trolley. The River Market District is wonderful with all kinds of shops and restaurants. At night be sure to watch the bridges come alive with beautiful colored lights which are all viewed from your camp site! We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Our rate reflects a GS discount. This park is a gem! Paved roads within the park, cement slabs on all sites, and beautifully maintained grass at each site and through out the park. A great and organized staff to check you in. Laundry facilities are great. $1 to wash and $1 to dry. Cable and WiFi included. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. A great stay for Oklahoma City. We camped at Roadrunner RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Flag City RV Resort, Lodi, California

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Price reflects Passport America. Great area to visit and stay for awhile. Free newspaper and coffee every morning! I gave it a 9 only because they need to weed their gardens at each site, otherwise it would have a 10. Also, check in staff could give out a smile now and then. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Newberry Mountain RV and Motel Park, Newberry Springs, California

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

A bit over priced for the area. Friendly staff. Small RV Park out in know where on the old Rte 66, but very nice for overnight. Great pool to cool off in, as you are traveling in the area of the Mojave Desert. We stayed two nights. Had lunch at Peggy Sue's Nifty 50's Diner. Afternoon in Barstow, CA. We camped at Newberry Mountain RV and Motel Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Great price for the area. The park is basic, We stayed here a few days and then stored our camper here while we took a cruise. Worked out great. Love the town of Santa Rosa, but then who wouldn't love the home of Charles M. Schulz and his Peanuts gang. We camped at Sonoma County Fair Grounds in a Fifth Wheel.

The rate reflects a Passport discount. Up scale RV park. Lots of amenities. The park even has a pet resort if you leave for the day and take the train up to the Grand Canyon. Walk to the old town of Williams and it's many shops. Great place to stay. We camped at Grand Canyon Railway RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
