Cypress Bend RV Park, Iowa, Louisiana

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Not positive on nightly rate. We needed a month maybe 2 stay. Most parks in the Lake Charles area are full, and only a couple we would consider staying at because they are very subpar. Cypress Bend is very nicely kept and they checked us in and helped us find a great pull thru site. Lots are very close, ranging from sunny and open, to some shade. Site surface is a concrete pad and features a picnic table and patio. If you need an overnight stop or monthly, this is a great choice. We camped at Cypress Bend RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cherokee Landing, NACO Preserve, Saulsbury, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2017 - $3.00
Overall Rating:

Thousand trails. 50amp with sewer were taken by annuals. Very small unlevel sites. Back in the 1970's would be great. Small trailers or tents camping would be great. Definitely NOT for big rigs. Will only stay here again if desperate. Park is quite and peaceful. Only 19 rv's here. 300ish plus sites available We camped at Cherokee Landing, NACO Preserve in a Motorhome.

Ye Olde Mill Campground, Burnt Cabins, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: September, 2012 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Nice folks in office. Kept up nice and large long spaces for long rigs. Good pull thru sites, nice and level. Stay as close to office as possible if you need strong wifi. Office Lady worked hard to make it work better, even came to our motorhome to see if we could get on wifi. Worked faily well after that. I am on it now typing this, so working well. Lots of truck traffic noise from freeway. Would stay here again if we were passing thru. if you want passport price must stay Mon thru Thru. Not Friday like us. We camped at Ye Olde Mill Campground in a Motorhome.

Mountain Pines Campground (formerly Mountain Pines RV Resort), Champion, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: September, 2012 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very large RV trailer park. Not really an RV Resort. Mostly long term. Lots of really nice trailers/Rv's on long term lots. Lots of Not so nice ones also. Very nice manager lady. They took us to the far side and was a dump out there. Lumpy bumpy very uneven grass site. Several trailers for sale, not kept up. The trailer next to where they put up looked like no one had been there in months. We tried to take a nice long walk and were chased by 2 dogs. Owner of dog just laughed and called their dogs back. Saw minimum of 6 dogs off leases. Will we stay here again? Nope. We camped at Mountain Pines Campground (formerly Mountain Pines RV Resort) in a Motorhome.

Wichita Falls RV Park, Wichita Falls, Texas

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed here at least 4 different times over the past 1 year. We stay here while visiting our Daughter and Granddaughter. Was told by a local this is unsafe area. We have stayed a total of 20 nights here, sometimes only rig sometimes 10 rigs here. Feel very comfortable here. All sizes of spaces and several pull through. I think used a lot by those just traveling through for the night. At $17 it's a great place to stay. 3 day max. If your good people not routy, probably could seek out a couple extra days no problem. We will be back . We camped at Wichita Falls RV Park in a Motorhome.
