This is a Good Sam park. The front desk got my reservation wrong but corrected it immediately. I was told there is a 3 night minimum which was waived since when I made my reservation I was not told this. Very considerate of the front desk; however, I don't see anything on the website about a minimum stay. This is a good park just off of Hwy 321. It's close to everything. If I had intentions of staying in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge just to go shopping and enjoying all of the regular tourist activities, I would love this park. My intention was to find a quiet out-of-the-way park where I could relax for a week and not hurry to do anything. This was my mistake as I had no idea how much Pigeon Forge had grown in the past dozen years or so. The RV sites for most of the parks, but by no means all, in the area are quite close. I have a space of approximately 2 feet between my awning and the slide out dining area of my neighbor. We have a concrete pad which is nice, and we are under a couple of shade trees. We parked the truck at an angle between the neighbor's shade tree and the front of our RV in order to keep it out of the road. Seems to be the norm for this park. The pool is a very small one ranging from 3 ft to 5 ft deep and is about 20-25' long. There is a wide but shallow creek running along one side of the park with a wide swath of green area for the doggies to go run a bit. Leashes are required. And owners appear to be properly picking up after their pups. I don't believe I would stay in this area again unless my intent was to just use my RV as a hotel room while I went shopping and to Dollywood.

Loved this park. We backed our 5th wheel into a slot beside the rushing creek. Had a wonderful mature tree for shade. This park had clean bathrooms and a laundry area. Took a small hike up through the woods. I couldn't find the waterfall that was supposed to be there. Maybe I didn't walk far enough. The owners were amazing. Since we were late, we made certain to call ahead and advise them of our late arrival. We arrived at around 8pm and the owner graciously showed us our site as he was leaving for the evening. What a great sport! I would definitely stay here again. I love the mountains and felt quite at home in this happy little hollow. Some may need more out-in-the-open sites, but I loved the feeling of being wrapped up in the mountains and the stream. The space between our neighbors was quite adequate and not too smothering. The road into the area is paved and has a switch-back but that is told on the website directions. The park itself has gravel roads and firm gravel pads. There are a few tent sites at the beginning of the park where the sunlight is profusely abundant. We stayed here 2 nights for a Western Carolina graduation ceremony. We will one day return.
