This campground is right next to I-25 and a railroad track and unfortunately gets a lot of noise from both. In addition it's somewhat near the Co. Springs airport so you can hear planes taking off early in the morning as well. It's not really close to anything and not in a very pretty location. The staff is friendly, however. I won't likely stay here again.

This place is huge and has a lot of amenities, and a lot of people. Before reserving here we read the reviews describing the packed-in conditions but were able to secure a "more private" site at the edge of the woods. Upon arriving we found these sites to be just terraced sites, just as crowded as the sea of trailers in the meadow. The toilets were clogged in the women's restroom and showers were not clean.

The campground is practically at the entrance to Devil's Tower NP. The campground is well-maintained and the staff friendly. There is ample space between sites, many sites have large shade trees, and almost all have a view of the tower. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wished we could have stayed an extra day. I don't recommend that you buy the chicken dinner they offer to deliver to your campsite. Although it's convenient, the chicken isn't that great and the mashed potatoes and gravy are absolutely horrible. We were tired after driving all day and didn't feel like cooking, but should have!

This RV park is very close to the entrance of Rocky Mtn. Natl. Park and has spectacular views. Our site was next to the banks of the Big Thompson River, which provided a soothing sound as we were drifting off to sleep. The downside of the campground is that RV's are packed in like sardines and there is no shade. The grounds were not particularly well-landscaped and were muddy due to rain. I would rather stay in a park campground with no hookups.

We stayed here on the last night of a 9-day vacation on our way back to AZ. It's quiet and out of the way, lots of space between sites. The bathrooms and showers are not the cleanest, but are what you would expect from a heavily used state park after the July 4th holiday. Nice break from the jam-packed KOA's. I'd stay here again.

Campground staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were OK and rather small. Shower water pressure was low and often switched from cool to scalding with no notice. Great location, very quiet.
