A below-average municipal RV park, though park grounds and lake are pleasant and so is the staff. Site was trashy; we picked up litter (plastic, paper, old shoes, etc.) but it took 3 requests before the staff picked up the dead refrigerator left by previous campers. The sewer didn't drain but after a couple of days they responded to our request and fixed it. The local mice found their way into our MH; that hadn't happened before. If you get one of the lower-numbered sites (1-12 or so) you should have all-night light from the nearby prison and may even be able to hear announcements from its public address system.

We were passing through, staying for just a few days, and for the price ($60 to $80/night), we expected a resort oasis. Instead, we were on broken asphalt and gravel with a few sick trees (and ants). It's basically a retirement modular park with some RV spaces, located between a Hampton Inn and a Home Depot. Good thing we were off visiting relatives instead of planning to use "resort" facilities, because the guard who let us in (gate closed at 4:00 pm) advised that the main pool was closed because someone put motor oil in it. Not a good value and not a place we'll visit again.

Wow--thanks, RV Park Reviews--you helped us hit the jackpot on this one. This is a beautiful RV oasis with luxury at a reasonable price. The park is adjacent to a lake and attractive harbor area with restaurants and amenities that exceeded our expectations. We'll be back here whenever we're in the neighborhood!
