Date of Stay:

I have stayed at many campgrounds ranging from privately run setups all the way to the well known KOA's in numerous states. So far I have enjoyed All Seasons RV the most due to the spacious lots, cleanliness of the site, and the excellent owners. I have run into quite a few campgrounds/parks that the owners left much to be desired, but here, I am glad to see the 'southern hospitality' that I had been missing. The first thing I noticed was the overall lot sizes. Being cramped is no longer a concern at all. There is enough room for two rigs side by side with slides out, really more than enough room! The hookups are easy to use, and the hydrants have heating elements which help if you need to hookup in the winter. Service is 50 AMP or 30 AMP and I have had no issues. I do not use my TV so I cannot comment on the TV side of it. As far as the internet, the speed is as good as anywhere else I have been, but admittedly, I do not spend much time with bandwidth intensive programs either. I have used the washers and dryers and have not had any issues there either. The wash rooms are nice, and accessible as well. As far as things to do, there are plenty. I enjoy being outside, so I have found the Black Hills and even Sturgis to be well within less than a days drive. At the end of the day, it is very quiet and one could sit outside and not be bugged by noisy people or traffic flying by. Overall, I am very impressed with the thought that went into the park, the spot sizes, and the down to earth owners!

Date of Stay:

I stayed here the same day I had purchased my fifth wheel in San Antonio. The campground is a very good size, and the check in area is well sorted out for higher traffic. The spots were a bit on the small side, however. I was impressed with the staff as they were, for the most part, friendly and eager to help, except one person. But, we all have bad days I suppose. The one thing I had come to notice was some KOAs had free coffee, but not this one, but hey, it is big city so I can understand that. I did not use the wash house so I cannot comment on it's cleanliness, nor did I use the pool. There is a very nice jogging path that is right up next to the park for a morning or evening run. The park is situated on the eastern side of San Antonio, and it is a little drive to get to larger attractions if you are there to sight see. Shopping is close by if you want to shop as well. Make sure to stop by Miller's BBQ when you are there. Several locations are available, off the main loop on the northwest side of SA, in addition to one near the KOA. They have the best Pecan pie! Overall, I would stay here again, but would pick my spot next time!
