Waubeeka Family Campground, Copake, New York

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We absolutely fell in love with this campground from the minute we pulled up to the gate. Everyone we met went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This campground offers more activities than one can do in a weekend, and the hardest decision was deciding on which activity to do. The clubhouse/game room is top notch with plenty to do indoors if it rains. We will be returning quite frequently to this campground. We camped at Waubeeka Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Skyway Camping Resort, Greenfield Park, New York

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

I have to give this campground low marks for their inability to enforce the basic rules. We were assigned a spot in the middle of one of their seasonal areas, and the noise levels and parties were unbearable. Excessive amount of golf cart traffic was a annoying to say the least. The facilities were clean, and the activities were about average. I don't think that we will be returning to this campground. We camped at Skyway Camping Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Adventure Bound Camping Resort at Deer Run, Schaghticoke, New York

We were at this campground for a rally prior to their official opening. This appeared to be a very nice campground with a good mix of activities. The pools, while not filled yet, appeared to be very nice. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Adventure Bound Camping Resort at Deer Run in a Fifth Wheel.

Otter Lake Camp Resort, East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: April, 2006 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed overnight on our way to Washington DC. We had a pull through site which was very spacious and roomy. Overall, this campground appeared to be well kept, and the campers we encountered all loved it there. We did take a drive around the campground before departing, and liked everything we observed. This campground is a keeper. We camped at Otter Lake Camp Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Cherry Hill Park, College Park, Maryland

Date of Stay: April, 2006 - $50.00

This is a very nice park. We first chose this park due to the closeness of DC. This park is very clean, well kept, and the sites are spotless. Lots of activities going on, and the shuttles that run into DC are very convenient. We camped at Cherry Hill Park in a Fifth Wheel.
