Great little park. Lovely staff and easy check-in. You can tell the owners took pride in their park. Park was clean, grass cut down and back from areas. Clean pool, fun little Put Put area. Lots of great little incidentals like pavilion and grills and fire rings. Roads were paved, sites were level gravel. Sites were close but not tight. Right next to Hwy, not bad hwy sound. If they would have had better Wi-Fi and cable, would have gave them a 10. Wish we could find more campsites like this one when we travel. Would stay here again.

Great location, easy access to any location in the area. Nice staff, easy check-in. Beautiful at night when the bridges light up. Right on the river. Great view of downtown. Has large pavilion with grills. No table, fire ring or grill at camp site. Paved street, level gravel sites. Sites are close but not tight. No cable, good air TV. Great for overnight or a day or two. Will stay here again. Third time here.

Very nice, even after all the rain. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. We payed extra for the cable. WIFI at our site (10) was strong. Site had large concrete pad, room for trailer, pic nick table and car. That way we did not have to deal with the mud. Visited another RV park down the street and many of the sites were gravel and no pad. Really happy we stayed here. Easy access to the beach, right at the end of the park. Sure would stay here again. Only negative is the sites are a little close to each other but not bad, had plenty of room for awing and slide.

This is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed at. Park is very clean and neat. Pet friendly. Concrete pads and patio. Each site has a picnic table. Has pirate theme put-put course, Large pool with swim up bar, hot tub as big as some people's pool, outdoor movie, and very friendly staff. They even have delivery pizza. The beach is just across the street. This is not just an overnight stay, it is a destination. Highly recommend this location. Stayed 10 days.

Great RV park. Concert pad and patio. No picnic table. No fire ring. Strong Wi-Fi and good cable. Park is very clean and neat. Close to the campus. A staff member guided us in after a speedy check-in. Very friendly people. I strongly encourage calling ahead and making reservations because of the University activities. Yes, there is only one way in but you can turn down the street with a signal and make a U turn. Will stay here again.

Nice mature park, well kept. Would say that over half of the RVs here are permanent. Lots of tall trees, blacktop drive ways with level blacktop sites. Sites are a little tight, needed to position trailer to get slide out. Nice play area for the kids, nice sitting area with FREE gas grill. The camp host was very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing is that it is right next to the Interstate. A Lot of car/truck noise. Would stay here again.

Very lovely park. Has many mature trees, flowers every where with focal point flower beds that had statues and night lights. The entire park was like a PARK. Each site was spaces with its own picnic table. Strong Wi-Fi, good cable, level and easy hook up location. We only stayed for the night, but would spend many days here if we were in the area.

Very nice little park. Not many sites but well keep. Host was super nice. Very close to town and park. Would stay here again. I suggest to call ahead.

Nice older park. Has some permanent residents but not trashy. Has cable, but it will cost you $1.75. Wi-Fi was strong. Each site has paved pads to pull onto, and each site has a picnic table. Small patch of grass between each site, plenty of room for the slide to go out. Check in was easy, and the lady was very friendly and helpful. Don't know if they had a shower or laundry, did not look into it. Would stay here again.

Nice campground, lots of tall pine trees. Makes it a little tight driving to the camp site but not bad. Campsite is gravel and has picnic table and fire ring. Site was almost level but had strange hook ups. Water and power on one side, sewer on the other side. Gave it a 8 would have been a 9 with cable. We were able to pull in many air TV stations. Wi-Fi was strong at our site (E-7). Did not check out pool, showers or laundry. Office staff was friendly and had a small but good selection of gifts and basic food supplies. Would stay here again.

Very nice park. Made reservations earlier in the month. The lady I spoke with made me feel welcome. When we arrived she had us all set up. Nice open park; grass was trimmed and cut, signage was very clear where to go. Full hookup 30/50, fire ring, picnic table, good water pressure and level. Plenty of room between sites, did not have to worry about the slide. Has laundry and nice looking bathrooms. They also have a very nice pavilion with a cooking area and tables. Looks like a person could reserve it for a large gathering. Did not have cable, sad. If it had I would have gave it a 9. No air TV. Will stay again if in the area.

First....I will never stay here again! I gave it a 4 only because...1-It was close to where I needed to be, 2-Full hook up. 3-Level. 4-$20 cash total Cash only!. It looked like an old used car lot that they put 30/50 amp outlets and sewer line around the outside edge. Gravel lot, no bathroom or laundry. Office (?) Old 5th wheel in need of repair. Right on the Hwy. Heard every truck and car. Landscape....none, 2 dead 6' trees. No WIFI, No cable and No air TV.

Great place. Rate is off season on a weekly rate. We stayed for a week. They have a beautiful putt putt course, pond, lama zoo, 2 pools, hot tub, made to order pizza ($10) delivered to your site, free daily paper and so much more. Everything that you see on the website and more. We were at site 204. It was right under the W-IFI tower, GREAT! Level concrete pad, and it extended out for the picnic table. Cable was great. Friendly staff; can not say enough good about this park. It is a destination, not a stop.

Nice park. It is a mature park with many trees and grass; there are permanent to semi permanent residents. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Lot was nice and level on gravel. Had cable and WI-FI. We stayed for one night. Will stay here again. I suggest calling ahead and making a reservation because it is near the race track, Texas A & M, and other event locations.

This is a beautiful park. RV spaces are cement with cement picnic tables. The lots were level with easy hook ups. We had full hook up for $21. This is with senior discount. The RV park and the Sate park looked like a city park. They have lots of things to do, The Falls, Frisbee golf, Kids play ground, archery area, pavilion and flower garden. The staff in the front office is very informative and friendly. Met the camp host and they were very nice and welcomed us to the park with a personalized hand towel. Highly encourage anyone to stop here.
