Very peaceful and pretty park. Sites are large and have a picnic table. Deer come through the park nightly. You can see and hear I-10 but it is far enough away that it is not obnoxious. The only negative for us was the complete lack of Verizon signal. In February we were able to harvest pecans from the ground...fun!

Wonderful park! The spring pool is gorgeous, water is crystal clear and the little fish nibbling your toes is fun! Sites are good sized and have decent separation. Site 27 had good privacy. In February the campground was practically full on a Friday night but there were very few people using the pool. Excellent Verizon signal.

Based on others reviews we chose a perimeter site in the C Loop, with the hope that the Friday night in our 3 night stay would be quiet. Turns out, a week before Thanksgiving, the entire park was never even half full; even the Friday night was relatively calm. The only sounds we heard at night were distant coyotes and owls, very peaceful and pleasant. Walking near the lake I was disappointed to see all the trash left behind by visitors and not picked up by park staff. Decent Verizon signal.

Rate paid is based on a one month stay. This is a rustic park, half RV sites, half mobile homes. Sites are fairly close together and are sandy dirt with a concrete patio pad and picnic table. You cannot reserve a specific site, just pick an open site when you arrive then go to the office. Very large and inexpensive laundry onsite. The pool complex is lovely with multiple mineral hot pools and two cooler pools, plus a pretty lagoon and grassy picnic area. Excellent Verizon signal. Did not use the park wifi but heard it was awful.

Least expensive full hookup park in town. Convenient to town, quiet at night, good Verizon signal. But I would not stay here again, it is nothing but a dirt parking lot. Despite the park being almost empty, two nights in a row the staff put new arrivals right next to us. It seems like it would be a common courtesy to leave space between RV's when a park has dozens of empty spaces.

We stayed in back in site 20 with nice views of the surrounding mountains and a lovely patch of grass and trees between us and the next site over. Decent park Wi-Fi and good Verizon signal. Excellent breakfast at the Lodge next door. Though Hwy 395 is close, it was very quiet at night and not too bad during the day. Great location to access scenic Hwy 89 for a day trip. We would stay here again.

What a great little park. Wonderful grass sites, the grass is so nice you want to go barefoot! Full Verizon 4G signal. Friendly and helpful owners on site. Extremely quiet. Nearest fuel station is 25 miles North in Merrill, OR.

Rate paid is based on the weekly rate. Roads are gravel, sites are grass on sandy soil. Sites are pretty close together (but there are other parks on the Peninsula that are much closer together). Just outside of town, this park is quiet and only a two block walk to the beach. Very dog friendly. Verizon tower one block away. Site #6 was difficult to get a 35 foot 5th wheel in to. The only reason I may not return is the fairly difficult access for larger rigs.

Date of Stay:

The sites in the back are huge grassy sites, mostly pull-throughs, that could accommodate any size of rig, and are far enough from highway 101 that you don't really hear it. Each site has a picnic table. The park is very quiet at night. Good 4G Verizon signal. There is a row of permanent mobile homes on the south edge of the park, some are nice small manufactured homes, some are very old, very sad looking single wides. There is a shooting range two blocks away that is very loud, but it didn't seem to be too busy. Good grocery and hardware store right across the street. If you can ignore the shooting range and the ugly trailers this is a decent place to stay in Forks.

Rate cited is based on a one month stay. Roads and sites are gravel with a picnic table. There are a few tent sites, dry camp sites and cabins also. Sites are pretty close together. We requested a site on the back row and enjoyed a nice private, grassy sitting area (site 42). The back row backs up to a hillside covered with trees. The middle rows are not as pleasant, just dead grass and gravel. The front row sites are the widest and most have a nice water view, but you have to put up with more traffic on the front row. Park Wi-Fi is variable fast/slow. We had a good 4G Verizon signal with our booster. The park is very quiet at night and fills up with lots of families on summer weekends. This was a great place to spend a month and we will return.

Nice small campground. Roads and sites are paved. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Though the website says 20 amp, the sites are actually 30 amp. Good 4G Verizon signal. The park gets busy on the weekends. Excellent disc golf course right next door.

Date of Stay:

This park has amazing amenities (pool, spa, saunas, disc golf, very nice rally facilities, laundry), nice paved roads, large sites with decent separation. But the highway and train noise ruins it. The trains are the worst: they run very often and blow their whistle every time, 24/7. Ear plugs don't even work against the train whistle in the middle of the night, multiple times. If it weren't for the trains we would gladly return.

Rate paid is based on a one week stay. Very clean park. Roads and sites are paved. Older sites have grass between sites, newer sites have rock gardens. There is about 12 feet between sites. Park wifi is just okay. We had excellent 4G Verizon signal. Intermittent noise from nearby Portland Int'l Airport (PDX). Laundry room is quite small for the size of the park. NO picnic tables.

Rate paid is based on a one week stay. Roads and sites are paved and each site has a picnic table. Very clean and pretty RV park. Spaces are rather close together. Wifi was decent except at peak usage times. Good 4G Verizon signal. Excellent location. The negatives are: very noisy highway 14 and it is not possible to walk anywhere from this park unless you want to walk on the highway. If we were to stay here again we would request one of the sites on the back row which are furthest from the highway but closest to the train tracks.

Rate paid is based on a one week stay. Roads and sites are gravel. There are a few picnic tables scattered throughout the park. Each site has a BBQ. Clean and inexpensive laundry room. Clean individual bathrooms. Very quiet park, not even a quarter full during our stay. Park Wi-Fi is very slow, but we had a very good 4G Verizon signal. We would stay here again.
