Camelot Village RV & Mobile Home Park, Lubbock, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

We are staying here short term from December 2015 and plan to stay until May 2016 to visit family. The rate is $230/Month + electricity. There is no cable or WiFi, but we have our own satellite dish and WiFi hot spot, so we didn't notice too much. The Campground is located near everything and still very quiet. The people are friendly and very helpful. We didn't end up with the site we reserved for some reason, so we have no trees, but everything else is good. We camped at Camelot Village RV & Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a shopping mall and Costco across 34th Street and two others within 10 miles. Milwaukee is 1/2 mile west and has restaurants, shops, and services. This is a big city, so you won't find much in the line of "quaint", but the Lubbock Breakfast House and Grill on 19th Street has great food, good prices, and is open 24 hours Thursday - Sunday (not to be confused with the Lubbock Breakfast House!)

Frontier Campground, Waynesville, Ohio

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Camp is clean and very nice with excellent showers. The only drawback was that the sewer hookups were located on the wrong side of the sites. We were fortunate in that the camp was not busy and we were able to use the sewer hookup from the site behind us. We camped at Frontier Campground in a Motorhome.

Lebanon/Cincinnati NE KOA (formerly Cedarbrook Campground), Lebanon, Ohio

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly staff with nice shady pull-through sites. The picnic tables are on a permanent slab so we didn't have to use our entrance carpet. The camp was almost full, but the sites are nice and big so we had plenty of room. We camped at Lebanon/Cincinnati NE KOA (formerly Cedarbrook Campground) in a Motorhome.
