Flagstaff KOA, Flagstaff, Arizona

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Everything was up to KOA standards. I would stay there again and recommend to others. We didn't get cable hook up but had no problem getting local TV over the antenna. Did not like their Wi-fi (Tengointernet) since it does not work with Apple iPhone or iPad. We camped at Flagstaff KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Tulsa NE / Will Rogers Downs KOA, Claremore, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This should not be a KOA affiliate! Our expectations from other KOA's we have visited (6 or 7 in the last 7 weeks) were to be in a safe and clean environment. This was neither. There were two intruders in the bathroom that were putting out a fire that they had apparently just started. It looked like some had just groomed and trimmed a dog in two of the sinks. We are just finishing a 7 week RV trip through the west and southwest and this is, by far, the worst place we have stopped. If KOA has any standards whatsoever, this place has to have their KOA affiliation removed. If this was the 1st or 2nd or 3rd KOA we had visited, it would be the last. The only reason we came here was because of the KOA affiliation and reputation established by other parks we've stayed in. The casino parking extends into the RV park, and I would not have stayed if I did not have a concealed carry permit. We camped at Tulsa NE / Will Rogers Downs KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

The Travel Camp, Green River, Wyoming

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $25.00

This place was scary. It seemed there were more for transient workers tenting and extended stay than travelers. No lights in shower building. We camped at The Travel Camp in a Fifth Wheel.
