This is by far one of the best RV parks we have stayed at. The staff is amazing. They work very hard to keep a clean safe park. The indoor pool and hot tub are great for the kids and the playground has been recently updated. Showers and bathrooms are very clean and safe feeling. The clubhouse is great to hang out and socialize. Small store with drinks and snacks. The park is close to restaurants and stores and easy to access from the freeway. Since we needed to stay 6 months for my work, we were able to bring in our own internet through Time Warner. About half the park is monthly residents, but the sites are all well maintained and clean. Satellite reception was very good. Roads are paved with a patio at each site and a picnic table. Sites are plenty wide enough for our 40 foot fifth with 4 slides and our truck and jeep. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

We parked here overnight. Very friendly staff. Nice clean park with clean bathrooms. We had a nice large pull through site with extra room to park our extra vehicle. The kids and dog enjoyed the playground and dog park. There was a fire ring and picnic table by our site. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Easy to get in and out of. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here one night. This seems like a nice place. The playground was great for the kids. The gift shop is very nice. Close to the freeway. Easy to get in and out. Nice big pull through site. Staff was friendly and it was very clean. We were very happy with this park and we will stay again next time we pass through.

We stayed here one night while passing through, and I am completely disappointed in the condition this park has gone to. This use to be a combo mobile home and RV park. Now it's a mainly empty mobile home park, that is attempting to become an RV park. The remaining mobile homes are in disrepair or look empty. They moved the playground fence area and it is not close to being nice anymore. Our kids lasted less than 5 minutes at the playground. The vibe of the park is that it is not family friendly at all now. I really didn't feel safe walking around after dark. The sites are old mobile home lots, so they are huge but you have to drive through the grass to get in it. The concrete was busted up, trash on the ground. We never did figure out where the dumpsters were. We just took our trash with us. This use to be a nice safe place when we stayed here 4 years ago. Now, I will never stay here again.

We stayed here one night as we were passing through. It was a nice park, very full. When I called they said they only had 4 sites opened and this is on a Wednesday. The site was a back in (as most of them are here) and very difficult to get into. Luckily my husband is very good at backing our 41 foot fifth wheel in. The streets are very narrow and there are a lot of permanent park models. The site was large enough once we got in it. We were able to put out our awning and park our extra car. No playground for the kids which was very disappointing. We didn't use the facilities since we were only there for the night. It is very convenient to town and the freeway. Beautiful views outside the park. The office worker escorted us to our site, but did not stick around long enough to explain the cable hook ups or any of the utilities. We aren't rookies, but she didn't know that. We just used our antenna and hooked to electric only.

It's a great place to stay. Love Shirley and Chuck, managers. They go out of their way to care for the guest. Very clean. Nice shower houses and laundry. The sites are a little tight because we have such a big rig, but our neighbors are all great. We have a pull through site, but most sites are back in. Gravel surface and level. I work nights and have no trouble sleeping during the day. The park is so quiet. Mostly full timers/ monthly like us. Very safe place. We have no concerns about our children walking around. We would never hesitate to come back and stay again the next time we come back to Bullhead City.

We enjoyed our stay here. They have a playground, but you have to go across the street to the casino to use their pool and exercise room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sites were nice although some were a little tight. Very quiet location next to a golf course. There is wildlife. We had a huge beaver walk through our lot and they have coyote pups that would play outside our rig at night.

Trash not picked up regularly. No gravel, turns into a mud pit when it rains. Our rig sunk in the mud when we pulled in. Owner out of state and current manager doesn't have a clue. The "playground" is an old broken down backyard swing set that is not safe for kids to play on. They said they had good wifi, but it was not. We ended up using our hotspot to check email. No cable. The only shower/ bathroom they offer is in the owners house. The well water is non filtered and smells of sulfur badly. Our inline filter couldn't even help with the smell. We had to use bottled water during our stay. Not a place we will stay at again.

Very friendly staff, lots of amenities and a nice big lot for our big rig. They even accommodated at place to park our extra vehicle. We stayed a couple of nights and its very quiet and clean. We loved the free breakfast in the morning. Great way to fuel up the kids for the day. We will be back!

The sites are so close you can reach out and touch your neighbor. The turns are way too tight in a big rig. Roads in desperate need of repair. This is a combo mobile home and RV park. Most of the residents are long term. Not kid friendly at all and desk staff was rude. Rules apply to only people they want to enforce them on. We will never stay here again.

The managers are very nice people. We had lots of yard room around our trailer. The cost is also very good. This is a mobile home park with a good number of long term campers as well as overnight spots. It is a safe neighborhood and lots of kids for ours to play with. If you want a nice place to park that is safe with nice neighbors, then this is defiantly worth a stop.

After staying here and reading the previous reviews, I couldn't stop laughing. It is full of permanent trailers with parties on the weekends. Some of the trailers are older than me and I am in my 40's. People are mostly friendly and really enjoy the adult beverages. I do agree about the bathrooms and showers. They are so bad that none of us would shower there. The state parks have much better facilities. The dump station is not worth the effort and they only a few sites with sewer. The water was the worst. It actually stained our water lines, toilet and shower in our camper. Not a place I would choose to go back to at all.

This is a very pretty KOA, but if you look past the immediate surface you see some issues. The cable TV was very fuzzy, so we weren't able to use it. My husband and kids had to take Bleach wipes to the shower house and clean before taking showers. Very dirty with mold, dead bugs and cob webs. I refused to shower in there facility, i showered in the RV. Also there was left over towels that were never cleaned out or removed until we complained multiple times. The playground was awesome for our little ones. Easy access to the freeway, but nothing around within walking distance.
