We enjoyed our stay here. They have a playground, but you have to go across the street to the casino to use their pool and exercise room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sites were nice although some were a little tight. Very quiet location next to a golf course. There is wildlife. We had a huge beaver walk through our lot and they have coyote pups that would play outside our rig at night.

Trash not picked up regularly. No gravel, turns into a mud pit when it rains. Our rig sunk in the mud when we pulled in. Owner out of state and current manager doesn't have a clue. The "playground" is an old broken down backyard swing set that is not safe for kids to play on. They said they had good wifi, but it was not. We ended up using our hotspot to check email. No cable. The only shower/ bathroom they offer is in the owners house. The well water is non filtered and smells of sulfur badly. Our inline filter couldn't even help with the smell. We had to use bottled water during our stay. Not a place we will stay at again.

Very friendly staff, lots of amenities and a nice big lot for our big rig. They even accommodated at place to park our extra vehicle. We stayed a couple of nights and its very quiet and clean. We loved the free breakfast in the morning. Great way to fuel up the kids for the day. We will be back!

The sites are so close you can reach out and touch your neighbor. The turns are way too tight in a big rig. Roads in desperate need of repair. This is a combo mobile home and RV park. Most of the residents are long term. Not kid friendly at all and desk staff was rude. Rules apply to only people they want to enforce them on. We will never stay here again.

The managers are very nice people. We had lots of yard room around our trailer. The cost is also very good. This is a mobile home park with a good number of long term campers as well as overnight spots. It is a safe neighborhood and lots of kids for ours to play with. If you want a nice place to park that is safe with nice neighbors, then this is defiantly worth a stop.

After staying here and reading the previous reviews, I couldn't stop laughing. It is full of permanent trailers with parties on the weekends. Some of the trailers are older than me and I am in my 40's. People are mostly friendly and really enjoy the adult beverages. I do agree about the bathrooms and showers. They are so bad that none of us would shower there. The state parks have much better facilities. The dump station is not worth the effort and they only a few sites with sewer. The water was the worst. It actually stained our water lines, toilet and shower in our camper. Not a place I would choose to go back to at all.

This is a very pretty KOA, but if you look past the immediate surface you see some issues. The cable TV was very fuzzy, so we weren't able to use it. My husband and kids had to take Bleach wipes to the shower house and clean before taking showers. Very dirty with mold, dead bugs and cob webs. I refused to shower in there facility, i showered in the RV. Also there was left over towels that were never cleaned out or removed until we complained multiple times. The playground was awesome for our little ones. Easy access to the freeway, but nothing around within walking distance.
