Payson Campground & RV Resort, Payson, Arizona

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Park was very nice and clean. Dusty sites and lots of children. It was not as woodsy and private as we would of liked it to have been. We camped at Payson Campground & RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tranquil Timbers Camping Resort, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: May, 2006 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Wireless was ok, had to put computer outside of motorhome on park bench in order to get good reception. Park was secured by a gate which kind of made it a pain to come and go out of the park. Park was very beautiful and staff was very friendly. We camped at Tranquil Timbers Camping Resort in a Motorhome.

Sunset Bay RV Resort & Campground, Ahmeek, Michigan

Date of Stay: May, 2006 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Absolutely gorgeous park, we stayed here in a motorhome right on Lake Superior. We were 20 feet from the lake, gorgeous views, especially at sunset. That's why they call it Sunset Bay. No wireless or cable, pretty primitive. Excellent hiking trails right along the lake. We camped at Sunset Bay RV Resort & Campground in a Motorhome.

Mather Campground (NPS Campground), Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona

Date of Stay: April, 2006 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

Very pretty, rustic and woodsy park. A "true" camping experience. No hookups at all, dry camping only. I Would of rated it a 10 if it had hookups. We camped at Mather Campground (NPS Campground) in a Motorhome.

Apple Creek Campground , De Pere, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: April, 2006 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Park was very pretty and staff were very friendly. No wireless or cable TV otherwise we would of rated higher. Unknown to us unfortunately the Nuclear Plant was only 20 miles directly from the park and they had an incident at the plant that night which scared us a little. We heard about it on the antenna tv. We camped at Apple Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

Well first of all they charged for wireless, I'm sorry but that is unacceptable. Sites were not paved and very dirty. Other people staying here were very strange. Staff was very nice though. It was the closest place on our highway route. We camped at High Plains Camping in a Motorhome.
