St Paul East RV Park, Woodbury, Minnesota

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

One of the cleanest parks I have ever stayed in. Yes, the sites are tight, but you can't beat the location for easy access to the twin cities. Lots of nearby shopping. We camped at St Paul East RV Park in a Motorhome.

Crow Wing Lake Campground, Brainerd, Minnesota

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Campground sits on a small lake. There are several fishing docks and many sites have views of the lake. Off leash dog area. Dog grooming stations, I have never seen this at a campground. Only was able to stay one night as we were traveling to our destination. Will return for a longer stay. Owners are new, just second year and are fantastic. They spray for mosquitos so the evening was pleasant. Beautiful little lake. We camped at Crow Wing Lake Campground in a Motorhome.

Badlands / White River KOA, Interior, South Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful, shaded oasis next to the Badlands. Very clean. Nice large sites for a KOA. Large grounds and a wonderful enclosed "dog park". Would be a 10 except very poor cell service and poor wi-fi. We camped at Badlands / White River KOA in a Motorhome.

Dubois Wind River KOA, Dubois, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $56.00
Overall Rating:

This is rated a 10 because we spent extra money for a riverfront site. Well worth the extra cost. The rating would be lower if at an interior site, as they were typical KOA sites. Very friendly and helpful staff and very clean grounds. Walking distance to the wonderful little town of Dubois. Would have liked an enclosed dog "park" as other KOAs have built. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Dubois Wind River KOA in a Motorhome.

Beautiful, large, well maintained grassy sites. Great little restaurant on site. Very friendly and helpful staff. A 1/4 mile walk to the 1880 Town. Nice enclosed "dog park". The lake and prairie setting are very peaceful and relaxing. We camped at Belvidere East / Exit 170 KOA in a Motorhome.

Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park, West Yellowstone, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $57.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful, well maintained park right in West Yellowstone. An easy walk to downtown and the Grizzly Discovery Center. Very friendly staff and clean laundry and restrooms. No pool, but nice play area for kids. Since it sits on the edge of town there is a large meadow for walking on one side. Would rate a 10 except for poor wi-fi. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Although the sites are very close together the location is fantastic. An easy walk to Branson Landing. We had a site facing the river with a wonderful view. We camped at Branson Lakeside RV Park in a Motorhome.
