Stone Mountain Park Campground, Stone Mountain, Georgia

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

The park is convenient to Atlanta, but I don't think it's worth the price. Roads are narrow, our site was a little difficult to get into as it was a "blind side" back-in. Cable kept going out. We camped at Stone Mountain Park Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Country Corners RV Park and Campground , Caldwell, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

The park was full so we were put in an overflow spot with electric and water run from a site across the road. The sites are grassy and mostly shady. Gravel throughout the park. Sites appear to be level. Restrooms and showers were kept clean. We camped at Country Corners RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Clarksville RV Park & Campground, Clarksville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

We stopped here for an overnight. Park is very pretty, well-kept. The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful. Showers and restroom very clean and well maintained. The pool was not available, it appeared it was under repairs. Although the park is not really within walking distance of anything (one restaurant about a mile away), the store had a good selection of snacks and dinner items. We camped at Clarksville RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Sunny Meadows Campground, Elm Creek, Nebraska

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Rate is Passport America. No frills park. Good place to stay while visiting the area. No host on duty, just a small building where you self-register. We paid for first two nights by check, didn't see any notice at self-registration building that they don't accept checks. No one came to our rig at any time, nor did they leave us a note that checks weren't accepted. When we decided to stay a third night, the envelopes then clearly stated No Checks. (That was not on the envelope when we first registered.) We didn't have change, so we put a $20 bill in for the $15 PA fee and the envelope had a place to check if change was needed. We checked the box, but no one came to our rig that evening or the next morning before we left to give us our change, so they made a profit off of us. We would probably stay again, but would make sure we had the correct change. We camped at Sunny Meadows Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Cabela's RV Park & Campground, Sidney, Nebraska

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park for an overnight stay. Site was fairly level. There are some trees, not large. Cable connection was good. We did not use the bathroom or shower facilities so cannot comment on them. We would stay again when passing through the area. We camped at Cabela's RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Sundance High Plains RV Park, Lamar, Colorado

Date of Stay: November, 2012 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here one night on the way through. People in the office were very friendly. We forgot to ask for a 50-amp spot and were given a 30-amp. But when asked, they happily let us move to a 50-amp site. Electricity was good, as was the cable TV and Wi-Fi. Price is Passport America price. Nice, quiet park. We would stay here again. We camped at Sundance High Plains RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Amarillo Ranch RV Park, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2012 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

People in office were very friendly and helpful. Received an escort to the site. Sites are gravel, very roomy and level. Electricity is very good. Water pressure is high, be sure to use a pressure regulator. Easy access to/from I-40 and nearby restaurants. Wi-Fi worked well and cable TV was good. They have free donuts in the morning. They do have an indoor pool, although it appeared to be closed down. We will most likely stay here again. We camped at Amarillo Ranch RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Greeley RV Park and Campground, Greeley, Colorado

Date of Stay: September, 2012 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Everyone we met who worked for the park was very friendly and helpful. Easy access from the highway. Only highway noise we noticed was due to road work in the area. Park was clean. Rate reflects weekly rate for 50 amp site. We camped at Greeley RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
