Rate based on monthly fee, have to pay electric also. Very friendly RV park, clean washrooms, laundry, well maintained with mature trees. Sites have cement pads, gravel sites, no picnic tables. Lots of activities to participate in. No internet unless you go thru Aire Beam which we didn't want to sign up with based on previous bad experience. Enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub. Only negative about this park is barking dogs inside park models that are left alone close to our site. Would definitely stay here again.

Rate based on monthly stay, electric extra. Very clean washrooms, showers, close to shopping, smaller friendly park on the Rio Grande River. Lots of activities which included Sat. morning breakfasts and Thurs. potlucks which were very well attended. Border Patrol has a boat launch at this park so they were visible 24/7 so we felt very safe, helicopters overhead often but no more noise than being close to an airport. Wifi was on/off a lot but worked well most of the time. Concrete pads but grassy areas surrounding sites which were saturated from rain which made it quite messy from vehicles parking on/near the grass areas. Office is closed on weekends so if you're leaving the park either on Sat. or Sun. highly recommend you pay your electric bill on Friday, they pro-rate it which worked out fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed overnight at this RV park enroute to the Rio Grande area. Very nice view of the Gulf of Mexico, long walkway and a fishing pier as well as a boat launching area. Sites are quite close together but for one night it was fine. Lots of campers stay here for the winter months and enjoy the convenience of fishing within a couple of minutes walk to the pier. Would stay here again if visiting the area.

Arrived at this RV park in Navarre without a reservation (highly recommend making one before arriving) and the friendly staff here fit us in to a site for a month ($495) which reflects the rate I quoted. Small park so not as many functions as a larger one but participated in potluck breakfast/dinners which were excellent with a great variety of food and conversation. The staff at this park make it such a great place to stay by taking pride in keeping it very clean and appealing. A perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sunsets are the highlight the day while sitting on their private pier. Only reason I didn't give this park a 10 is because the showers in the bathroom by the main office area are old/outdated and could be replaced. We would absolutely stay here again when in the Navarre area.

This RV park is very clean, friendly, helpful staff and is convenient for travellers that want to see the sights of Nashville. There's a shuttle van that picks up/drops off from this park for 10.00 per person which is very cheap considering parking rates in downtown area. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed everything. Only reason I didn't give the park a 10 was the internet was sporadic during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again..

Stayed at this RV Park for 2 nights while visiting Graceland and downtown Memphis. Very convenient and secure park that allows you to walk to Graceland within minutes, which was a plus. Took the transit downtown to Beale Street, many of the shops were closed but still enjoyable. Visited the Peabody Hotel to watch the ducks parade to the elevator from the pond inside the hotel which was cute. Would stay here again.

The price has increased to 30.00 per night for less amenities. No internet unless you pay to hook-up thru a private company, no cable, a few channels with our antenna,no picnic tables. A poor dog is in a kennel barking all the time right beside us. Campground is run down but staff are friendly. All units crowded together in certain spots although the campground is basically empty. Would not stay here again.

This Good Sam daily rate was based on a week stay. Easy access to this resort from the freeway and convenient to attractions around the city. There are partial paved streets with cement pads for level sites. Cable TV and WiFi were included in this rate and worked good. This resort has approximately 100 full-time residents living and working here so the traffic is busy from early morning to later evening. The swimming pool and hot tub were drained when we arrived and weren't told about this when we phoned for ammenities provided. Bathrooms, showers, laundry very well and well maintained by staff. Various hosts work the front desk at this resort and friendly although one older gentleman wasn't interested in answering my questions about shopping, attractions and was rude to the point of walking away. We felt safe in this park and would probably come back again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very friendly/helpful staff. Bus service to downtown with stop just outside resort. Combination of park models/transient residents who were welcoming. Cement level pads for parking and paved streets.Would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Stayed for 1 week so daily rate based on this. Combo paved/gravel roads, cement pads were level.Low lying trees make it difficult for a higher RV to move around. The RV Park is approximately 5 miles south of Rockport so not centrally located. Would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Rate based on monthly stay but rates change for high season. Combination of park models, transient residents, wide streets for our unit and nice pull thrus for short stays. Lots of activities, very friendly staff, close to all shopping and restaurants. All the bathrooms, showers, laundry areas super clean. Pet friendly with restrictions. I would've given it a 10 but many areas around the park where dogs can't walk so that's a negative for us dog owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Daily rate based on monthly stay. If you want to participate in Park activities, this is not the Resort to stay in. Very friendly staff,24/7 security due to high crime area. Easy access to Park from freeway, nice sites with picnic table and level cement pads. Tons of fruit trees and staff encourage campers to help themselves!

Date of Stay:

The nightly rate was based on weekly stay. We had to pay for internet if we didn't wish to sit at the office areas for connection. Stayed in pull-thru which was very hot on pavement with no shade. Very friendly staff, residents and other campers. There was combination park models, transient units so there were lots of activities. The restrooms, showers, laundry and all facilities are super clean. This park has some "no dog" areas and no dog runs within the park so had to take our dog outside the park to exercise. We would definitely stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Stayed here for one night, good for short term. Sites are dirt, very dusty and typical fairground/animal smells. Flies were wicked!! Staff were very nice and friendly.

Date of Stay:

Rate based on weekly stay.Very clean washrooms, showers, and laundry. On the negative side, full-time park model residents were not at all friendly, but we did meet a few that were kind/welcoming. Definitely not pet friendly, had to carry our dog to the outside of the park which could be a "not so safe place". No internet at our site so had to go to the main hall to get a connection. We would stay there again just because of the cleanliness of the park.
