We camped here using their fall special, so that's why the rate is so low. They do charge extra for trash, electric, sewer so depending on your electricity usage you will incur another$100+ per month. To be fair to this park, the amenities are good with heated pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, pool billiards, game room, computer room etc. The roads are all paved but the sites are rock with a concrete patio. The park model residents are able to do pretty much anything in regards to construction and remodeling which usually began every day at 7:00 AM and lasted all day long with hammering, sawing, concrete cutting etc. Nights were quiet. Some times power goes out and the street lights were out several days in a row. We'd stay again just because the Fall Special is good, the weather is great and this park is far enough away from the city unlike the rest of the Cal-Am parks in Phoenix.

We spent one night here on our way through. The park is run down. The interior roads are pot holed and broken up asphalt. The grounds are not well kept with weeds and trash.
