Bishop RV Park (at the Tri-County Fairgrounds), Bishop, California

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed four nights. Night two they had events that were loud. Night three they had an event and left parking lights on all night -shined into our coach all night. Night four they had an event with loud music all night. Car alarms going off etc. Will never stay here again. A truck stop would have been quieter than this place. We had two full timers on each side of us. Can't think of a reason to ever comeback. We camped at Bishop RV Park (at the Tri-County Fairgrounds) in a Motorhome.

Pine Cliff Resort, June Lake, California

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Wow, we spent the July 4th weekend with many tent campers in the park. Not what I thought it would be, with tent campers playing loud music and washing their dishes in the bathroom. The PA system is not our cup of tea for sure. I don't see any reason why the camp host must tell everybody to bring a bowl and a spoon for free ice cream. The camp patrol folks were driving around nonstop looking for issues. This is a good thing with all the tent village people walking through our campsite nonstop. We will never stay here again. Good luck staying at this campground on a holiday weekend. We camped at Pine Cliff Resort in a Motorhome.

Candlestick RV Park, San Francisco, California

Date of Stay: January, 2013 - $79.00
Overall Rating:

I'm not sure why people have given bad reviews to this campground. If your going to visit San Francisco in a RV, this is the place to stay. Clean, friendly helpful staff. The shuttle service is excellent. They were willing to take us or pick us up when we wanted, and at 12 dollars round trip the price is good. No room to hang outside by your coach but the city is the attraction, not camping. So if your looking for full hook ups and easy access to the city, this is THE CAMPGROUND to stay at. We will stay here again when visiting the city. We camped at Candlestick RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rose RV Park, Quartzsite, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We just returned after a three night stay with a full hookup site at this park. People at the gate very friendly and helpful. Topped off propane tank at 2.75 a gallon! Low water pressure in the park. Very quiet place, good location to use your UTV to shop at Tyson Wells. It was OK for the money. They charge $5 for water fill and $15 to dump if you dry camp so I guess full hook ups at $30 is not bad. We had a nice campfire every night as it was very, very cold. If you are planning a trip for the shows in January this is not a bad place to stay. We camped at Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.

Paradise By The Sea RV Resort, Oceanside, California

Date of Stay: December, 2012 - $57.00
Overall Rating:

Super clean, very friendly. Easy in and out. Felt very safe in park. Small park but very nice. Will stay here again. Wi-Fi was easy to log on to as well. Other parks should take note on how clean they are. It makes the guest want to leave their space as nice as they found them! We camped at Paradise By The Sea RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Very nice County park in Riverside California. Clean sites, very large sites. We stayed for New Years. I would recommend this park to anybody that is visiting the Temecula Wine Country. Nice fishing lake as well. Home of the Balloon and Wine Festival each year. We camped at Lake Skinner Recreation Area in a Motorhome.
