Close to retirement , pull a travel trailer , like state parks

Park was ok, Wifi was spotty at best , Cost was highest I've ever paid and way over priced to me. Limestone streets and parking area , park was clean and roomy enough. The water quality was pretty bad , looked more like tea than water.I probably will not return at those rates , they were elevated due to the cruising the coast weekend but I only found out when I arrived .

We stayed 2 nights here, very large campground well laid out for the most part, no real shade trees , stayed mainly for the gkids to use the pool area which is nice. There is a charge for everything you do here, .25Cts for the kids to ride the little train ,,,,,,,really ? you have to go to the front desk for them to board so not very convenient , wifi is not free , 5$ per night for access , cable works well . lots of golf carts riding around , It's great for the kids for swimming etc.

Stayed in a 5th wheel, most sites shady - lots of trees good spacing between sites. Wifi decent most times. Park patrolled often , very clean. Sites 30-44 in best area , lake view on some. I would stay here again .

Stayed here 3 days , nice enough park everything worked. Spaces are pretty tight, not much room to park your tow vehicle. Good location , bathrooms are private enter w/ code very nice . Not any trees or shade. I would consider staying here again but rather a state park with a little more scenery etc.

Park is close to town, it's pretty much no frills , lime stone drive and pads, not much grass and what there is has many many stickers. WiFi works well , cable is good enough , there were enough channels to watch. Not much to do other than sit outside your camper etc. Dog park is adequate but small, didn't use the facilities but assume they are ok. We paid 30$ per night which may be a little too high for this park in my opinion. Full hookups, overall a decent park quiet but sort of small.

Park was nice , sites are large and not too tight , showers clean etc. No Wi-Fi and no explanation other than it was down. TV reception was good, lots of local channels available. We had a good stay although I thought $40 per night was a little pricey . Lots of sites had shady areas , we'll probably stay here again. It's close to town and easy to find.

Park is well off the beaten path, lots of shade trees , spacious and laid out pretty good. The road in was pretty rough but the park is pretty nice. Abbeville is about 15 miles , no cable and no full hookups but otherwise no complaints.

Park needs attention; bathroom clean overall but lights did not work , locks do not work , trash can was full , no toilet tissue. Lots of junk around many of the RVs. Gravel pads were OK but somewhat uneven. The electrical hook up is not in the right place but we managed to reach it by pulling up as far as possible and was still able to open my slide-out. There was barely enough room to open the awning. The first spot I was directed to was occupied and office lady did not even know it. I really doubt I'll stay there again.

This is a very nice state park. We stayed 2 nights and rate is $20 per night plus entry fees which amounted to another $20 . Wasn't happy about having to pay the extra fees. Spaces are spread out nicely , lots of shade trees. No Wi-Fi where we parked , not much of a phone signal either for AT&T. Verizon seemed to work OK. It's very secluded; lot's of tent campers too, but all very well maintained. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, but I guess it was so busy with all the campers. It was still OK though.
