This was an overnight stopover for us. Overall the site was level. We reserved (and paid extra) for a long pull-thru so we would not have to unhook. Our 30' 5th wheel and short bed truck barely fit. Sites are very close together. The site beside us, their sewer connection was right at our door steps. The highway noise is pretty bad. Wi-Fi is very spotty.

By far this is our favorite campground. You are just not lined up, sites are spread among the trees. We needed to level a bit side to side. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of trees and privacy. Water, sewer and electric are excellent. Wi-Fi is spotty because of all the trees and gets bogged down. Our Verizon service worked well. We have spent time checking out other area campgrounds and this is the best by far.

We stayed here while visiting Olympic NP. Very nice overall. Had a pull-thru which we had to level. Sites are close. Good services. No road noise. We will stay here again.

If you are looking for the ultimate rundown and neglected campground, Cascades Peak is here for you. It was probably a very nice park in its day, but it is obvious the owners have not put in any upkeep in years. From overgrown, un-level gravel sites, to antiquated power, water and sewer connections. Water pressure was so low. Most picnic tables and lights are in disrepair, the bathrooms and laundry are rundown. WiFi is only available in front of the laundry. There is so much potential here, it is sad.

This was a stop over for us. Site was level, good spacing with lots of tall trees and grass. Some road noise since the park is located right off the highway, but nothing so bad that it bothered us. The offered Wi-Fi, $20 for 7 days, our Verizon service worked great. We would stay here again.

This was our 2nd visit here. It is convenient to Capitol Reef NP and other area attractions. The sites are gravel, fairly level with a very small grass area and close together. Tall trees which offer some shade. We were here for 4 nights, staff was friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is free but very spotty. Verizon service is also spotty in the area. Laundry facility is clean. Great views.

This was a stop over for us, $31.50 with GS discount. Even # sites are P/W only, odd # sites are P/W/S but must stay a 2 night min. Level gravel sites but you have to un-hook and park your tow vehicle away from your site. A short distance (2 miles) off the main highway so there is no road noise. 2 porta johns, no other shower/restrooms. They offered free Wi-Fi but we didn't use it. Camp hosts that greeted us were friendly. A nice little park, good for an overnight stop. We would stay here again.

A very nice and clean RV stop. The owners were friendly and extremely helpful. Gravel roads and sites, level. A few trees which did help as the sun was setting and it was 102 outside. Cable, wi-fi, good water. Stayed at the back side of the park and had very little road noise. We will stay here again if passing through the area.

This was an overnight stop on our way to Phoenix. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall of Site was level. Tress at sites that offer some shade, not a lot. Water wasn't the best but that gave you a case of water to take with you. Would stay here again.

This is by far one of the nicest campgrounds if you are planning a visit to RMNP (my wife and I checked out several while we were here). Our site was fairly level and the view of the river from our back window was great. Nice spacing between the sites. I understand they are still trying to recover from the 2013 flood. The sites could use some TLC, clean-up and some base material to help keep down the dust and dirt that gets into the trailer. Restrooms, showers and laundry were clean. We would stay here again.

This is our third time staying here. Nice, small, quiet park, away from the crowds but close enough to many national parks. Sites are gravel and pretty level. Nice grass area between sites. WiFi works well, clean restroom/showers and laundry area. Very friendly.

A great park. Sites are paved and level. Plenty of room at each site. Great view of Lake Powell from most sites. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again. Showers are $2.00 for 15 minutes and are located at the main office & store.

Sites are very close together and you will have to unhook. 2 sites will share a 6' grassy area, with very small trees that look like they were recently planted so they offer no shade which would be an issue during the summer. Gravel/clay sites that require leveling. The wife did use the showers, but said they were not much larger than what we had in our 5th wheel. While in the area we did explore other campgrounds which offer more shade and larger sites.

Stopover. Small campground good for an overnight stop. Friendly staff. Right off I-90 but very little road noise. Gravel site with a small amount of leveling required.
