Santa Fe Skies RV Park, Santa Fe, New Mexico

Date of Stay: January, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This place was a dream! It has a 360 view of 4 different mountain ranges. It is a very "green" park; it has massive solar panels and a recycled water irrigation system. The showers and bathrooms were large, and I never saw another person in the bathroom complex, when I was in there. It was very private. The only minuses include slow Wi-Fi, and its a little drive to Santa Fe. This will be our future home base anytime we are in Santa Fe. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Motorhome.

Westerly RV Park, Durango, Colorado

Date of Stay: January, 2013 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Wow! What a rip-off! My experience here was so disappointing, I joined the forum. The spaces are SUPER close. They didn't plow the snow in the park, thus the snow was packed into ice. There are no showers or bathrooms. If I didn't need the electric heat, I would have boondocked. The couple good things about Westerly is that it's open in the winter, and the wifi is pretty good. We camped at Westerly RV Park in a Motorhome.
