Office closed at 2pm on a Saturday when we arrived. Piece of paper with our last name and site number in box in front of office. No park map or anything else. Found site and it was too short. Res. made 3 months in advance length of coach indicated at time. Located a site large enough won't be able to contact office until Monday. Internal roads very narrow with tight corners. Great difficulty maneuvering roads. Lots of park models mixed in with RV sites. We booked a week at special reduced rate through our Thousand Trails membership. Wi-Fi is not free. If I were paying full price I'd go else where rather than stay here. I'd never call this a Resort. We paid less at another park in Florida, had better accommodations and free WI-FI with someone available 24/7 to assist you.

They put us in what the campers near us called the Ghetto. It was at the far end of the park, on a dirt and gravel road. Site was long enough and utilities were okay although you had to really keep an eye on the amps. Nice dog park. Lots of fire ants everywhere. We had to request maintenance spray our site. My dogs have never had fleas until we stayed here. Although they both take medications to prevent infestation they still got fleas. It took multiple flea baths and flea collars to get rid of the fleas. People working in office could not figure out how much additional it would cost me (on our forth day there) to upgrade to 50 amps for the remainder of our stay. Wanted to charge me for 50 amps for the entire stay if I upgraded. The roads in the front section of the park had good pavement and were wide. WI-FI is not free. We booked at a special reduced rate maybe that is why we were put in the site they gave us. At full price this park is absolutely not worth the cost. Even at a reduced price it was not a bargain. I still haven't been able to get my dogs feet white and it's been over a month since we were there.
