Mormon Lake Trailer Park, Mormon Lake, Arizona

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Probably the most beautiful park I've ever seen. In the middle of the forest. No horse smells, no motorcycle, a few noisy off-road vehicles. No transients!!!! We camped at Mormon Lake Trailer Park in a Fifth Wheel.

45 minutes from Flagstaff. Site 35 sits off of the sewage field, often had a foul odor that few other sites had.

Mormon Lake Lodge Campground and RV Park, Mormon Lake, Arizona

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Friendly staff, but the park has horses (manure, smell, flies) and lots of 4 wheelers (noise). The park is mainly transient rather than 4 month renters. Our dogs became ill because of the manure, the flies were obnoxious, we moved to the RV park next door. We camped at Mormon Lake Lodge Campground and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Mormon Lake Trailer Park, Mormon Lake, Arizona

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

There is a great deal of confusion between Mormon Lake Lodge and Mormon Lake Trailer Park - they are right next door to one another. We have stayed at both and definitely prefer Mormon Lake Trailer Park. There are no horses, petting zoos, horse manure, and offending smells! The sites are in heavily treed area - like being in the middle of a forest. The owner and manager are incredibly helpful and responsive. The park is well maintained. We stay from June to September and love it. We do not have a truck to pull our large 5th wheel, but the manager always manages to provide one if we want to move from one site to another. Our site is complete with a carpeted porch and fence. The park is VERY dog friendly and dogs can run and run in the forest. Must be on a leash in the park, of course. We like this park so much that we keep our 5th wheel there all year ... at our site!! There is rv storage available. We camped at Mormon Lake Trailer Park in a Fifth Wheel.
