Ok We have stayed at Grassy Key a few times. We love Marathon restaurants and bars and this park has a very convenient location to all of them. Many of the RV parks in the keys are very old and not terribly attractive so for us it's best to pay the extra and feel safe. Our 45ft class A with tow easily fits in most spots. Only downside is the gravel which hurts your feet and pets have a tough time also.

This is our 3rd stay at this RV park. The Florida Keys are a bit different in that it's either gravel or grass. Not much hard surface because of the coral below. Having said that this is probably one of the nicest places in the keys. The pool is spotless and heated. The small clubhouse is extremely clean and it does have a laundry room. You should have an RV that is self contained. No showers. There is a small restroom in the clubhouse. It is a very quaint place and our 3 dogs love it here.

As past reviews have commented the park is very clean and well maintained. We stayed in the 1st tier but for some reason the 1st tier is a back in. Nonetheless the view was outstanding. Overall a great park and would stay there again.

I have stayed at Aztec many times. Each time has been a wonderful experience. The owners are mostly Canadian but have been much more friendly in last couple of years. Some of the sites are the best you will find anywhere. Each site is very large and I prefer resorts that are class A only.

The park was clean and it is close to downtown Key. However, if you in a 45 ft Motorhome forgot it. This park is great for tents and small campers. Every large motorhome owner I spoke with said the same thing I said. First time, last time. Not too much to do at the campground but we did come here to be close to Key West As I look outside my window for my departure I will need to ask 3 neighbors to move their vehicles to allow me to exit. I will say the staff here is great.

The park is actually very beautiful. Many of the improved lots are very attractive with their tiki huts and gorgeous landscaping. All the lots are good size and are equipped to handle the largest rigs. The folks that live here all winter are really great people and welcome all who come. My reason for my poor rating is that there are many poisonous frogs in the lake areas that I feel should have been mentioned somewhere along the way. We lost our beloved 2 1/2 year old yorkie as a result of this oversight. We were ready to purchase a lot that day but left within an hour of this horrible incident and will never return.

New owners are hard at work and it shows. My complaint is that is too disconnected from the world. Satellite TV is a no go and there is no cable TV. We are not true campers and I want all the comforts of home. The park is very quiet and has everything you would expect from the Blue Ridge Mountains area. If you are a down to earth camper you will love this place. If you have a class A motorhome for a reason, then maybe not.

The campground seemed very nice during our two-night stay on a very busy Labor Day weekend. They have plenty of activities to keep the kids busy, and the campground is laid out pretty nicely. Would have no trouble going back. Store is very well stocked and prices are fairly decent

Stayed at this campground during our weekend visit to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Very nice park. Great folks in the office. Quite a few year round residents. They also have a great diner on the grounds. Food is good with old fashion pricing. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Real nice park. Very clean and great location. Would definitely go back. It has everything you need including large lots.

We stayed at this campground for 3 nights and enjoyed the RV park. Very clean and quiet. Well worth a visit in you are in the area.

We stayed for 1 night on our way to the Maine coast. New corporate owners are making huge improvements. This will be a real nice campground once all the buildings are completed. Very quiet and peaceful. only negative is there are no sewers but they do have a dump station.

If you're looking for a site in the FL Keys in the winter this place should work well. The RV park pretty much accepts all types of campers and is big rig friendly. Pool area is quite nice and relaxing. Bath/shower house is very clean. Great little cafe on site. I'm told that during off winter times some folks from the Miami area come in and trash the place, so beware.

We stayed at this resort for several nights in February 2013. The RV park is exceptionally clean and great water views. Owners tore down everything except 3 palm trees in 2009 so everything is new and modern. Real nice heated pool. We decided to book a month for next January to start our winter off on the right foot. Very hard to get sites without booking in advance.

Very nice resort style RV park. Class A only which I prefer from time to time. Most are French Canadians which can be difficult to deal with at times. Park is situated in a good area to visit the best of what Ft Lauderdale has to offer.
