No frills campground, but on the beach. Unfortunately, beach was uncared for. However, magnificent views at sundown. Sites are tightly together, all appeared to be back-in only, sand sights. Could not access internet. Needs better signage for office, which is in owner's home. Had to ask where office was.

Date of Stay:

Small, no frills RV Park. Park was in management transition during our stay which appeared to be causing conflict. A lot of full timers or long termers, but they had a great calendar of coordinated events and a nice new community building.

Small no frills campground, but very good service. No wifi.

Very nice park and good value.

Though this place is without a lot of frills, our stay was excellent. The customer service was supurb, as was the cable tv and wifi. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice campground, great view of the lake. Working on providing better internet.

Date of Stay:

Shady, nice park, clean facilities, electric only at sites. Potable water and dump station available.

Decent for Fairgrounds Camping. Water, electric, dump station, wifi. No other amenities. No attendant, place money in mailbox.

Only problem with this stay was that it was in the Winter. After several snows, the roads and sites are a bit muddy. Excellent service from management though. Wouldn't mind staying here when there isn't 8 inches of snow in the forecast. WiFi typical of RV Parks, where everyone starts streaming and it becomes non-existent. Had good coverage with AT&T though.

Very professionally run outfit with staff who lead you to your space. On-site store in office. Only stayed one night, but could not use their WIFi, despite excellent signal. Beautiful RV Park and motel right off Route 66 on your way into Williams from the East.

This place was for sale during our stop. It appears to have been a great RV Park at one time, but the office building once used is closed, and now the owners manage it out of their on site home. They were working on the property (their home) while we stayed here, so improvements are being made. They advertise WiFi, but with only one other person staying here we could never get anything.

This is one of two RV Parks near each other that are owned by the same person(s). Felt like an old-fashioned atmosphere in the office, which included a small lounge area by Laundry facilities for couch sitting and watching TV. Level spaces and close to Route 66.

Stayed here for a week. The showers could use a little updating, but overall the campground was nice. Level spots and wide open space. There were only a couple of other RV's there while we were (it is Winter after all). On-site manager lives in trailer, although it is run by the city.

This is a small quiet campground with water and electric. You don't have some of the amenities in other campgrounds that some folks might be interested in such as store, pool, etc. but, they have the BEST Wifi we've had in almost any campground. We actually prefer a place that doesn't have so many amenities that we would never use. Our price reflects Passport rate. Owner very friendly. We loved it!

Very conveniently located to see the area. Nice, well kept campground. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi was nonexistent at our site.
