Stayed here for a couple weeks while on business in nearby Alcoa. It is a basic park with not much happening, which should be expected in the winter. No trees and the gravel roads and sites get flooded easily when it rains. Mud was an issue. Park is pretty much in the middle of nowhere and we usually camp at Townsend (10 miles away) when in the area, but thought we would try this to save some fuel. Wi-Fi was horrible or I may have rated higher and the owner tried to blame it on the cable company, even though my expertise is IT and knew better. I don't like being lied to. Didn't use the bathhouse, but the laundry was nice, even though a bit pricey. Will probably go back to Townsend next time as there are much better parks there for the money.

Great little park. Set on a hill overlooking a pasture with goats or sheep. They are continually improving this park, but the Wi-Fi needs the most help. The folks here are super nice and go out of their way to help. Will camp here anytime I am on business nearby.
