Park is on the Saint John River which would accommodate boat owners and fishermen. Site are fairly level with Elect and water. A dump station is located at the entrance. Park was difficult to get to as it is on the opposite side of the river from the highway and the bridge was undergoing construction work. Owner is accommodating and friendly. Park is still being rebuilt after flood damages several years ago. NO wifi at sites. Plenty of room and there is a restaurant on site with good food. Price is a bit high. We'll go back again.

We generally visit in the off season and always receive a water view site. Great birding campground including Eagles, osprey, ducks, geese, herons and shorebirds. Sites are level and owner ensures all guests are satisfied. He also helps with any issues even with rv's. The owner has a fantastic memory and knows all his guests well. When we called for a site he told us the site we had 2 years prior was open so set up and "I'll see you later". We had a visitor who he had met 18 years prior and he remembered the name. In my view there is no finer operator in Canada or US and we have visited approx. 81 parks in last 5 months and approx. 300 in past 3 years. Good book exchange, laundry and firewood was free. Good wifi.

Park is well located near beaches and Town of Hubbards. Unfortunately, it Does not have water views from sites. Apparently, there is beach access but we did not use. Great gift store and there are lobster dinners and entertainment adjacent to the park. Very quiet and good for a rest. Owner is excellent, efficient and very helpful. We'll be back.

We stayed a week because of the views, the friendly staff and proximity to Halifax where friends and relatives live. We stayed here a week in 2013 also. We were located across the road from the ocean which was quite nice. Site was large and level and price was right due to Passport America membership. Great laundry at $2.00. Good book exchange also. We'll visit again.

The campground offered quite a few vacant sites because it was after the regular season. The owner and another camper were very accommodating and friendly. We stayed an extra day for that reason. It rained quite heavily and the power was off throughout the area for a few hours. The owner came to ensure all was good with us. She also came to say goodbye when we were leaving. That happens at very few campgrounds and this owner could teach many owners how to accommodate guests.

Owners very friendly. Park could use some upkeep and sites could use some attention. Expensive for services and area.

We had a site overlooking Lake of the Woods. Lots of boats. some fishing, wildlife including 5 deer which visited sites daily. This is probably the best campsite we have had in last 3 years. We stayed a few extra days just to spend time visiting Kenora and resting.

Sites were not cleaned regularly. Noisy campers and barking dogs were not controlled after hours although the day employee was excellent and visited offenders. Entrance road is very rough with large holes in pavement.

Owners were unfriendly and not welcoming. Didn't even greet us when we came in to make a purchase from store. Expensive for a park located adjacent to a noisy highway.

Excellent park with free firewood and located on Klondike River. No elect or water but we didn't require this. You can't find a better campground or better attendants.

Not an attractive park, small and difficult to navigate when a few rigs present. Owner is very friendly and helpful and will do whatever it takes to accommodate. Washrooms need upgrading. Excellent location in a truly beautiful town with nice cafes and crafts. A 5 minute drive to historical Cupids. Yes, we will stay again.

A decent park located on height of land with excellent ocean views. Staff are friendly and park is clean. Park has cabins and conference facilities and washrooms are located there. Small laundry facility. I highly recommend this park for scenery, bird watching and near very good boat tour companies. I will be returning whenever I visit St. John's.

Nice, clean, open sites park with excellent Worker in reception. Close to Placentia and excellent for anyone taking Argentia ferry to Nova Scotia. Recommended for anyone wishing to visit Cape St. Mary's Bird Sanctuary. WiFi can be found nearby. Washrooms are excellent. Price should be $20 -$25.

Very busy with lots of children. Located in centre of Antigonish and within walking distance of shopping. Staff were young and inexperienced; definitely not RV'ers. Sites were close together. Cost were too high for services I want. I will only return if children are back in school and there are off season rates available.

Nice park with good views of water. Very close to Newfoundland ferry and best park to stop while waiting. Shopping is close by and if you like fish and chips, a stand is on the park property. Owner is friendly. We will stay again.
