This park is to close to the hwy. Bad road noise and the guy behind the desk is rude. If you can put up with that everything else is ok. Shaded sites, fairly level, and 12 miles to town.

This is a beautiful resort, a little to far out of town for us but very we'll maintained. Our only complaint, no help at check in. This resort is huge, can't possible see location for any of the sites, we were told, go ahead, walk. They need a golf cart and maybe even someone willing to show you around. It is a nice place, all site are level, some have trees. A seasonal camper we happened to meet showed us around on his personal cart. Nice residents anyway!

We loved our stay here & management was helpful & friendly. Location is great, we had a riverfront site for our week long stay. There are many seasonal trailers here and they are reasonably neat & tidy. The new owner here has come in after the place had been closed for a time and has done a good job of turning the place around. There was entertainment here on the weekend & lots of family's having fun. We plan on returning next year because of its proximity to the town of abingdon, great little town!

What a great place, we called ahead and reserved this place for a few days for the Floyd fest and stayed for a few weeks. Every site is level, and they all have a view of rolling hills and green fields. Quiet, and private, and just a few short miles to town. Full facilities and it's all new! Management is friendly and helpful, and the owner has even stopped by a few times to make sure all is OK, and just to be friendly. The town of Floyd has turned out to be a charming Virginia town with good restaurants and local music. Can't beat this place for the summer.

The best, with service above and beyond. The owner was the best we've encountered in our years of travel, and his staff as well. Shuttle to and from the ferry to Quebec city was the best even when we asked for that extra help. The park is also well maintained and the pool is heated. Everything, the best.

This place is well run and everyone is very helpful & friendly. All is neat and tidy & the location to the town and restaurants is great. Even the pool looked inviting. Our only negative is that the sites are so close together, really jammed up with no barriers of any kind. Space is so precious that the dog walk is really necessary, but only 10 x 15. Being so close together is the only reason to not rate this place higher.

Nice place, but very woodsy. It's cut out of a pine tree forest. Many seasonal people, and they all seemed to love it. Great place for family and kids. We liked it because it was only 4 miles to downtown Plymouth, which turned out to be a great town. Loved Plymouth, Pinewood is OK.

Date of Stay:

Nice rural woodsy place, and management was very helpful. But no cable, sewer or more than 30 amps. Even satellite wouldn't work; too many tall trees. Overpriced for the services available.

Great family place with lots to do for kids. Rural and woodsy, we enjoyed our stay. With full services, rate was excellent. Lake with fishing and swimming. We had a good week there.

Date of Stay:

Heavily wooded hillside campground, built into hill on tiers, overlooking woods. It's so wooded there is no sun. Gravel roads, a little tight but no problems, good cable. We used it as an overnight stay. Many sites were occupied with long term trailers, but most were neat.

This camp was very nice, easy access, and well maintained. The sites were in an open area, no trees. There were 4 sites that were separate, shaded, & private. We got one of them for the 5 days we spent here and were very pleased. The grounds are on a huge farm with beautifully maintained fenced in fields with horses and trails around ponds that they allow you to fish. Great location, just 5 miles to Savannah.

we spent 4 nites here and from beginning to end it was an excellent stay. Management was the best! Every site was a good choice, of course most of them were filled. Great location to the island, restaurants etc. The entire place is maintained, daily. Our first stay here, but will return when in the area.

This campsite was clean and well maintained. The location to Jackson Hole & Yellowstone was the best, just over the pass with beautiful scenery on the way. Management was very helpful in every way, even getting us extra nites when they seemed to be booked. The little town of Victor was also great with a few good restaurants and music in the park evenings.

Date of Stay:

Fifteen miles from town. In the middle of no where, but very nice clean and very helpful management. On site food. Everything is great, except location to the town.

Exceptional maintenance and easy access to all the sites. Fairly close to Charleston. Full hook ups, but internet was not in service. Young girl at check-in was very helpful and an asset to any business.
