Curry Hammock State Park, Marathon, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

We were lucky enough to be there when they had a star gazing group. We couldn't get enough of star gazing and were up at 3 am outside our trailer which was spectacular. The beach was long and great for kayaks. They have large Iguanas at the campground and on most of the keys so we had visitors to our campsite a couple of times. We camped at Curry Hammock State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

We were just a few miles from Marathon and could find just about anything we wanted there. I even found Parrot food for my bird.

Bald Mountain Camping Resort, Hiawassee, Georgia

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Besides agreeing with all of those who posted a 10 for this campground I would like to add that they give you support and help whenever needed. If our Wi-Fi didn't work properly it was fixed within a day. The same goes for the cable. They are very service orientated in this campground and are concerned about their guests' satisfaction. I stop here at least once a year for several months. We camped at Bald Mountain Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Two Rivers Campground, Nashville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

The campground is close to downtown Nashville and the Opry. They have a downtown shuttle that picks you up right in front of the office for $10 round trip. The staff is willing to go out of their way for you. They provide a welcome pack with all the information on the area, as well as a map of local groceries, post office, Walmart, etc. The sites are level gravel, wide enough for slides and awning to be extended and the campground is spotless. They pick up trash from your site. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Bear Creek Lake Park, Indian Paintbrush Campground, Lakewood, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

This over 2000 acre park is a great escape from the City. Close to shopping. They have 3 lakes, horse back riding, archery, ski school and lots more. We totally enjoyed our stay here and will return every time. I gave it a 7 rating because it didn't have full hookups, but we could manage for at least 5 days with no problem. We camped at Bear Creek Lake Park, Indian Paintbrush Campground in a Travel Trailer.
