Ledgeview RV Park, Lake George, New York

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great park with excellent staff. We came to stay for 2 days and ended up staying for a week. The staff were great. We had a problem with our awning on the day we were leaving and they couldn't have been more helpful. Wifi was great at the first site we were on but iffy on our second site. Only reason we didn't give them a ten. I totally recommend this campground. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Motorhome.

If you are coming from the south, take the next exit, it's only a mile or two further on. You won't have to travel thru the outlet mall nightmare.

Camp A Way, Lincoln, Nebraska

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

For what it was it was expensive. Charged $2 extra for a weekend night in the off season. Site was not level and we had to un-hitch our car on a pull thru big rig site. We camped at Camp A Way in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a fantastic campground. Beautiful vistas, huge level campsites, friendly staff. The bathrooms are "Disney" clean. And all for only $25.00. Note: campers don't have to pay the $7.00 entrance fee. We camped at Picacho Peak State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Outlet (Melvern) COE, Melvern, Kansas

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $9.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great campground, close to I-35 but with no road noise. We had a lake site with water and electric for $9.00 (Golden Eagle discount) but it is well worth the $18 normal price. W/E/S price was $22 but half that for Golden Eagle discount. Camp hosts were friendly and the campground itself was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. If you go up the road a bit you can camp on the shore of main Lake Melvern. We drove up and checked it out. Non-hook up sites were only $12 there and were on a huge lake. Awesome park. We camped at Outlet (Melvern) COE in a Travel Trailer.

RVacation RV Park, Selma, North Carolina

Date of Stay: December, 2013 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We spent Christmas Eve here. Very friendly check in, easy pull through site. Very convenient for last minute shopping at the outlet mall. Price reflects Good Sam discount for a lakeside water/30 amp electric site. Watching the ducks and geese chase each other around Christmas morning, put a smile on our faces. Why yes, we are easily entertained. We camped at RVacation RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Desert Willow RV Park, Van Horn, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2013 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

It is what it is - a place to stop on the road. The two girls in the office were as pleasant as can be. The site was level and long enough that we didn't have to disconnect. The cable was good, the Wi-Fi was slow. It's a good place to stay while traversing Texas. We camped at Desert Willow RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Coffee Creek RV Resort, Santo, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2013 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great RV site. A bit off the highway (0.5 miles) so road noise is not bad. The owners were friendly and helpful. They wiped off the electric board and the sewer/water connection when we pulled in; although, it was not that was dirty to begin with. Site was very long and level, would fit the biggest big rigs! Hot tub was great as were the family style shower/rest rooms. Everything was clean, clean, clean. There is a small pool. We we did not go in because this is February. It was clean and inviting as well. I would recommend this Park to anyone driving east/west on I-20 in Texas. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
