Stagecoach RV Park, St Augustine, Florida

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park. Location is easy on and off the 95, but very quiet. Premium spaces have concrete patios. Sites are gravel and easy to level up. Interior roads are a little narrow but manageable. Sites are plenty long with good space between as well as trees for shade. Many restrauants close. Will stay here again. We camped at Stagecoach RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Gunter Hill COE, Montgomery, Alabama

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

We stopped here for a few days on our way to FL. This is a very nice Corp park. The Catoma side is great for large trailers and RV's. the roads are paved, very large concrete back in and pull thru sties that have full hook up including sewer. Many large trees making the sites shady. The park is quiet and clean. There is a dollar general store at the entrance making it nice if you needed a few items. Montgomery is a short drive. For those with boats there is a nice boat ramp access. We will stop here again. We camped at Gunter Hill COE in a Fifth Wheel.

Elkhorn Ridge RV Resort & Cabins, Spearfish, South Dakota

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $63.00
Overall Rating:

By far the nicest RV park we have every stayed in. Excellent check in location, easy to get in just off the 85. All roads are wide and paved, all sites are level concrete, with plenty of grassy space between units. Each site has 3 sewer locations making locating your unit very easy. Wi FI was good. The views are spectacular! We stayed 7 days and plan to return next year. We camped at Elkhorn Ridge RV Resort & Cabins in a Fifth Wheel.

Fort Collins / Lakeside KOA , Fort Collins, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

This is the nicest KOA we have ever stayed in. A little out of the way, but worth it. So many things for children and families to do in the park, all free. The park is easy to get in, our site was a concrete pad with a patio which had wrought iron furniture. The site was level and large enough for our 42 ft fifth wheel and crew cab tow truck. Easy drive to Estes Park and Loveland. This park is a fantastic value for families as there is so many activities for the children, both young and older. Would stay here again. We camped at Fort Collins / Lakeside KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Gunsmoke RV Park, Dodge City, Kansas

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

We recently stayed at Gunsmoke RV for 2 nights as we wanted to see more of the history of Dodge City. This is a very clean and well run park. Located conveniently on HWY 50. Easy to get in and out of the park. Long gravel pull thrus that were level. Trees for shade, WI FI was good. Short drive to historic Dodge City and the casino where we enjoyed a delicious steak. We will stay here again as we pass thru. We stayed here in a 42 ft fifth wheel. We camped at Gunsmoke RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park located in the DeSoto National Forest. Sites are large and easy to back in to. Very secluded and quiet with many trees. The only draw back is the park is very dark. Located about 15 miles north of Gulfport on 49. The pads are asphalt and fairly level. We stayed 6 days and will stay here again. We camped at Big Biloxi Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice FL state park. The sites are large and very private. The roads are wide making it easy to back in which is important to us as we have a 42 ft 5th wheel. R.Shaefer Heard Park (West Point Lake), West Point, Georgia

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 1 night on our way from MS to NC. We loved this Park! Beautiful setting, we had a very large pull through site that looked over a small stream that ran into the lake. All sites are large, with fire rings and plenty of wood around. The dump stations are easy access and well set up. The rate reflects Golden Passport. We will stay here again, and plan to stay longer to enjoy the beauty of the lake. We camped at R.Shaefer Heard Park (West Point Lake) in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our first time to visit the Great Smokie Mountians, and we were very happy to have found this park! All sites for short term stay have level concrete pads, full hook ups, a beautiful setting by the stream and surrounded by the mountians. Very quiet location, except for the daily trash truck as a previous reviewer mentioned. The is no cell service in this area. The staff is very friendly, hassle free rates, paid by cash only. We will stay here again! We camped at River Valley Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Majestic Oaks RV Resort, Biloxi, Mississippi

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

The nightly rate, reflects a discount for a week stay. Great park! Clean, pretty landscaping, well lit at night, and safe. The pool area is well maintained, laundry room is clean and machines in good working order. The staff is friendly and helpful. Upon arrival our 50 AMP was not working. We arrived on Sunday afternoon. Before noon on Monday the repair was done and working properly. The streets and pads are all concrete and wide enough to park easily, with landscaping in between. Sites are level. You are allowed to wash your RV and pull vehicle. There are grassy areas throughout the park to walk your pets with waste station disposals that are well maintained. We enjoyed the park and will come again. Don't be concerned by the surrounding area; this is a nice park and we felt very safe during our stay. We camped at Majestic Oaks RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Styx River Resort, Robertsdale, Alabama

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We were invited to stay here on a promotion to join Ocean Canyon Properties. This park used to be a KOA dating back many years before large RVs had slide outs. OCP is obviously investing in the property by leveling the sites, installing additional 50 AMP sites, remodeling the lodge and enlarging the sites. Currently the streets can be congested, and the sites small. There is an indoor pool as well as outdoor pool, many activities, and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again and look forward to seeing the improvements. This is a Coast to Coast property, reservations are needed. We liked the fact that we were greeted at the gate and taken around the property to pick our location before we pulled our trailer through. We camped at Styx River Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
