On a scale of 1-10, this park is an 11. Level, concrete pads, spaciously spaced with a nice strip of grass. Fabulous WIFI. Wonderful hosts with lots of tips. Super roads. We planned to stay 2 nights and ended up staying 4 nights. Camped here in 38' motorhome (toad fits front & back of pull-through).

This is a large blacktop parking lot across from the police station. The hosts were great! They have long office hours and provided help in getting into our spot. The spots do require jacks or leveling blocks. All hookups were excellent. The price of $43 for a blacktop lot was excessive, but everything is well-maintained. Lots of long-term; the owner says they have a lot of heart transplant patients and others getting medical care. It was close to attractions. Our 38' motorhome was given a pull-through. This is an old park, and Van gives you a space and the one next to it for your car. Otherwise, it would be really scrunchy. He gave us an EXCELLENT map of the city with attractions' locations noted. We stayed 2 nights and would stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights. Sewer location was very awkward--so much so that we ended up using the dump station. Electricity and water location was at the extreme back right corner of the coach. The pad and roads were dirt. Roads were very narrow, bumpy, meandered, and were not lit at night. Streets within the park were not marked with names. I almost drove into the river trying to exit at night. The spaces were quite large. Our car space was so sloped that I couldn't get in on the passenger side. It was heavily forested, so we had no satellite reception, but we did have phone. Hosts were very nice and provided us with good information when asked. They have pre-printed directions to attractions. It was very scenic.

Weather was cold and rainy, so we didn't use pool. Electric, water, sewer worked well, generous space size, and the Wifi was OUTSTANDING and free! Usually, Wifi at most parks is minimal, but this was perfect. On that alone, I'd give it a 9, but the roads are as bad as the Wifi is good. Lots of big ruts and potholes, which they didn't fill in today, which was a sunny day. The hosts were nice and provided a good map to our site, a cloth KOA bag, and literature.

We stayed in the wide-open meadow area with great satellite and cellphone reception. Forested areas are available. Good roads. Gravel, level, long pad. All the amenities, but we didn't use them because it was cold. Hosts are very helpful and accommodating. They are about ? the cost of staying in Bar Harbor, and it's only 10-15 minutes of pretty driving away. We would definitely stay here again in our 38' motorhome with towed Jeep.

Great scenic park on a lake with ducks and forest. Our site was in the open, at our request, and satellite and cellphone friendly. We had full hookups, all of which worked well. This park is well maintained by the hard-working owner. It has gravel roads and crushed granite pads. The pad was close enough to level that we didn't put down jacks, though Rick was ready to help us do so. We were escorted to the site. A sign at the fork showed NO ENTRY and the other part was a downhill, so we stopped and looked things over. Rick came up to wave us in. We would definitely return.

We had a level gravel site in the trees. They only have 2 satellite-friendly sites. They have cable at sites and WIFI by office, but we used neither. Sites are water and electric (50 amps) only. They will pump you out on Tuesdays and Fridays for $6 and they have a dump station. The best part was the friendly hosts. They gave us a great Italian restaurant (Johnny's), pizza stop, and they got us out of a big jam at 10:00 PM. our key broke off in our lock, and we asked them for pliers. The host came to our site with his tools and extricated the key so we could use our spare. We camped here in a 38 foot motor home and would go out of our way to camp here again. Very quiet.

We were escorted to our spot, which fit our 38' motorhome and Jeep. Everything worked well. We have our own restrooms and showers and didn't check out the pool. We were tired, and we didn't notice the noise of traffic. We would stay here again.

Everything worked well. Good WiFi. Trees provided shade but blocked our satellite. Inviting pool, mini golf, Indian tacos for $7.50, good play equipment, wide sites and great pull-throughs. Good roads. Would definitely stay here again. Real pride of ownership park!

You're in a big city in an older, well-maintained park. The advertised 70 foot length isn't possible, as it barely fit our Jeep Liberty and 38 foot motor home. We got in at one AM, and security escorted us to our paved pad. Everything worked well. We would stay here again and have many times before. It was only a one night stay,so we didn't use anything, but WiFi worked well in past.

We called ahead and she was waiting to escort us to our site. Nice lady, good hookups, some fuzz on cable TV (could be us because we usually do Direct TV ). We were able to keep our toad attached for quick departure the next day. Very clean, level, with concrete patio. Nicely spaced. We will stay here again on our way back home.

We stayed here 6 nights. The awesome WIFI is the best we've had since May--strong and reliable. Everything works well. Nice, hard-working, security-oriented managers. They give you a good brochure with a map of where everything is. Pretty colorful flower plantings around office. Nice, wide, pull-thru spaces, and they have 50 amps! We really could have left 2-3 days earlier, but it's such a nice park that we stayed. We will definitely return.

We stayed here 5 nights, and it is the best RV park in the Denali area. Located 8 miles from the park, it is quiet. We were given a pull-thru space. Roads and sites are gravel. Sites are close together, but we put our slides out with no problem. Sites aren't long, but in fairness, Denali has very little flat land, and our site was level. The manager was very nice and gave us information. Hookups worked well, and cable TV and WiFi were excellent. We had 4 bars on our Verizon phones and data worked, too. We didn't hook up to the sewer because it is in an odd place, by the front left tire, and our hose wouldn't reach that far. It is right by the highway, so there is noise, but it didn't bother us. We slept throughout the night with the windows open and didn't awaken once, but then we were really tired. We would definitely stay here again.
