Ramsey Mobile Home and RV Park, Warm Springs, Georgia

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Ramsey RV park is a older family run park that is just outside of Warm Springs. It was a pleasure staying here and there were four motor homes traveling together that enjoyed the stay.
The owners are very friendly and we felt very welcome here.
Most sites are grassy , the restrooms are older but very clean and we will be back. We camped at Ramsey Mobile Home and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Gulfview RV Resort (Encore), Punta Gorda, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Not a Encore showcase park. Pay wifi , pay TV , awful drainage , mud and standing water not being addressed by management.

We are 6 month residents who probably will not be back. Big rigs barely fit in most sites and get stuck in many. Encore does nothing about the problems. Residents here are great. Ends there. We camped at Gulfview RV Resort (Encore) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Punta Gorda is a great town. Walmart and Publix near by. Many restaurants in area.

Gulfview RV Resort (Encore), Punta Gorda, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

We like the park so much we have opted to lock into three months this winter. All residents are friendly to full timers and those just stopping over night. Great activities and everyone is always included. Publix is right down the street , WalMart nearby and restaurants and many activities are downtown , just a couple miles away. Great staff , clean restrooms and laundry and we thought very nice and spacious sites. Looking forward to this years stay! We camped at Gulfview RV Resort (Encore) in a Motorhome.

Lazydays RV Campground, Seffner, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2013 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Fantastic park. Everything you need. Free morning paper at your site. Breakfast and lunch at their cafeteria, with shuttle service to the hall, Camping World or Crackerbarrel, all on site. Best free internet anywhere. Of course the object is to sell motorhomes and new ones are everywhere, but no pressure, no sales pitches and we were here for nine nights. Love the place. All paved sites, most with some shade, daily rubbish pickup at your site. Just a super place. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Myakka River RV Resort (formerly Venice / Myakka River KOA), Venice, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2013 - $89.00
Overall Rating:

Outdated park and very expensive. Most parks around the SW of Florida are in the $40 to $50 dollar range and have lots of amenities and showers and so on.This park charges too much, the Internet kept shutting down, and the site we were given had the marsh/swamp behind it , which the lady said was one of the better views. NOT! Does not look like the KOAs anywhere else.$89 a night was outrageous ,but we were very tired and had to stop. Unless you don't care what you spend there are other parks down the road much better. We camped at Myakka River RV Resort (formerly Venice / Myakka River KOA) in a Motorhome.
