Cedar Mountain Campground, Culpeper, Virginia

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Camp is rather rundown and seems to be populated by full-time residents. No real amenities beyond a minimal swing set. Rusty water and filthy bathhouse. However, it was quiet. We camped at Cedar Mountain Campground in a Truck Camper.

Vernal / Dinosaurland KOA, Vernal, Utah

Date of Stay: August, 2006 - $35.00

Friendly staff, clean park, nice playground. The pool was fantastic as we stayed there during an incredible heat wave. Wi-Fi was tricky to access. You needed to be near the office. This is definitely the best place to stay in Vernal. We camped at Vernal / Dinosaurland KOA in a Tent Trailer.

Adequate, not great. The camp was clean but staff not overly friendly. I think this place is popular with the fairground employees so tends to fill up in the summer. Easy access to the Interstate. We camped at Cottonwoods RV Park in a Tent Trailer.
