Dallas Northeast Campground (formerly Dallas Northeast/Caddo Mills KOA, Caddo Mills, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

The spaces are not level. Power is spotty at best. People in the office are so ignorant it is not funny. They quote rules but yet they let people blatantly violate them. Dog crap is not picked up, cars parked on grass. Internet service is a joke. Cannot even check email. Do not try to use the pool or a lady will come from the office and try and charge you money to use it even though you are staying there. Felt like a Nazi concentration camp or something similar. We camped at Dallas Northeast Campground (formerly Dallas Northeast/Caddo Mills KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

The Glades RV Resort, Moore Haven, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This park is not a resort unless you are a golf lover. Even then that is pushing it. Shower areas are filthy and scary to shower in. Laundry is very small both areas have only 4 washers. Power goes off all the time here without warning. Not very good for electronics in the unit. When water is working the pressure is very poor. Park is over 15 miles to the nearest grocery store so laying in supplies is a must. Office staff makes up rules as they go. Policies change constantly without notice to anyone. I would not stay in this joke of a park again. We camped at The Glades RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Good luck.. Keep a full tank of propane as a spare. You have to go into LaBelle to get a fill on your tank. The propane truck does come on thursday and only takes cash.

Stone Creek RV Park, Schertz, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Park is older. Roads are not in good condition. Staff is not overly friendly. Front half of the park has covered picnic tables. The back half of the park does not. Cell service is horrible here, on all carriers. WIFI is very poor. This being said it is a good value. I would camp here again. We camped at Stone Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Raccoon Valley RV Park , Heiskell, Tennessee

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

We are Escapees members and the rate is that of an escapee member. The park needs alot of work. Sites are gravel and not level. People in the office are not very helpful. Actually the manager of the park is somewhat rude. They have permanent residents that have units that look like they have survived a war. This park is not conducive to larger units. We will not stay here again. We camped at Raccoon Valley RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

I-75 Camper Village, Dry Ridge, Kentucky

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $32.00

The park is very quaint. It is somewhat run down. Owners are very nice people. The sites are not really long enough for big rigs. The sites are not level at all. Power is good and so is the water. It is a good stop for overnight. We camped at I-75 Camper Village in a Fifth Wheel.
