Nelson's Family Campground, East Hampton, Connecticut

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Only problem is the Goose poop all over the beach area & sites near the beach. The kids wanted to go & we had to say no!
Site was nice, employees were pleasant & helpful, pool was nice & playground is excellent! We camped at Nelson's Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tucson / Lazydays KOA, Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

Nothing special; will not stay here again. Noisy with lots of trains going by. Bathrooms were dirty. People let their dogs pee anywhere. Ate at the restaurant for lunch - $8.95 for an average burger & a few steak fries - no drink. Had their breakfast buffet - approx. 6 items - not much flavor. People were not very friendly. Not worth the money. We camped at Tucson / Lazydays KOA in a Motorhome.

This will be my park of choice if in the area again. Large back-in sites (pull-throughs are smaller). Beautiful swimming pools and hot tub. Friendly and helpful people. We camped at Casa Grande RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Park is clean, people are friendly would stay there again. Stayed 2 months at $300/mo. We camped at Quail Run RV Park in a Motorhome.

Justin's Diamond J RV Park, Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: December, 2012 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Clean and quiet. Easy access to walking trails in the desert. Beautiful sunsets. Friendly people. Wi-Fi at the site was sporadic while we were there. There is no pool. There are no scheduled activities and the park is 'off the beaten path' so you have to be willing to drive miles to get to the pharmacy, supermarket etc. Stayed for a month and will be my choice for Tucson. We camped at Justin's Diamond J RV Park in a Motorhome.
