This was a great find! The park does have many full-timers on site, but it has a few spaces reserved for people coming for days, weeks, or months as well. It is only 2 blocks from the beach! It was perfect for a week at the beach. There are shops close by for food within walking distance as well. The spots are very close to one another. It is a large parking lot, but there are spots of grass for dogs, if you have them, just a short walk to the front of the park and of course, the beach. The owner, Chuck, is very accommodating and friendly. He was great all week while we were there. Everyone at the park is very friendly and helpful with directing you where to go in the area. We had a great experience, and we definitely recommend this park if you are anywhere near the area. It is affordable and just blocks away from the beach with full hook-ups! To note, the wifi is great! We work full time from our RV and we rarely use the park's wifi because it is too slow for the work we do on our computers, but this wifi was very impressive! If your travel trailer is over 31 feet long, I would request spot number 5 because it is one of the only spaces you could back directly into. If you are not an advanced level "reverser", unfortunately, I would think you would need to consider elsewhere. The spaces just cannot accommodate larger trailers. We have two slides that are across from one another and we were only able to pick one side to put out because the spaces just don't allow for the room. We were fine with this, and most do not have slides directly across from one another, so it shouldn't be an issue, but just something to be aware of. Also, the sewer hookups are the old school iron pipe, not threaded PVC, so be sure to put a rock on top of your sewer hose or use a donut to be sure it doesn't come out while you are dumping. Overall, a good park and one you should consider if you are wanting a spot close to beach near Santa Cruz.

Good park. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The internet is through tengo. It was decent. The park is spread out pretty well, and offers much shade from trees. It was snowy when we were there, and they had plows coming through tho clear the streets. There are a ton of shops, restaurants around the park within walking distance or a short drive. There are full hook-ups and the spots are a good size. There is a dog walk area with plenty of room for the pups to sniff around. They have many washers and dryers in their laundry room, and it is decent. Some are older and do not work as well, so it takes some trial and error to figure out the dryers that aren't working as well, but overall, decent facilities. Overall, good park. We would recommend.

Tiger Run is a really nice RV resort. We definitely recommend it if you are in the area. It is 5 minutes from the slopes of Breck, 15 min to Keystone, 10 to Frisco. Everything is very close. There is a dog sledding and snowmobiling place 10 minutes down the Tiger Rd from them as well. They have a great location. The facilities are great. The laundry room, showers, restrooms, all are in great shape and kept clean. The staff are all very friendly and always out fixing something or making sure everything is running smoothly within the park. The staff at the office are also very friendly and helpful. It smells of smoke quite often when you go in there to get mail or something else, but if you aren't spending much time int here, then it is of no concern. The spots are all great, and provide for a pretty scenery and good hook-ups. There is a pretty trail that leads along the river that is beautiful and provides a great spot for walking within the resort. We stayed for 2 months while skiing in the area. We had a monthly rate, and then had to pay electricity on top of that. Overall, it wasn't a bad deal. The staff was great, but we did not have good experiences with many of the people that live there full time or own the cottages. All the sites are owned privately and rented out. I don't think they enjoyed the travel trailers being there, since many have cottages. Not an unfriendly vibe, just not friendly, if that makes sense. We were there for longer than most, so that might be why we noticed. Overall, we definitely recommend this resort!
