We arrived in mid December and didn't realize that the office closed at 4pm and that no one is allowed to park after dark. We made it in by the skin of our teeth and the escort was very friendly and helped us get parked. The lots are Huge and it is very well maintained. The park is surrounded by desert and Saguaro cactus with some very nicely maintained walking paths around the perimeter of the park. Good Verizon cell service nearby. The general atmosphere is pretty laid back and you can be as busy or as relaxed as you choose to be. We came here for 4 months knowing that we would be approached about buying a lot and were fully prepared to just say no. We were greeted by a welcoming committee a couple of days after we arrived and we had a very casual appointment with the owner about a week later. He gave us info about the co-op and said to let him know if we were interested in buying a spot then went on to just visit with us for about an hour. No pressure and we were not made to feel unwelcome if we chose to remain renters. Bottom line is that we fell in love with the place and did purchase (after 45 days) a lease on a lot. The park occupancy is about 1/3 owners and 2/3 renters.

Park was easy on and off of I-5. Long pull through sites and very level; wouldn't have needed to unhook except it was easier to fuel up nearby. Grass strip between sites with trees that will be pretty when leafed out. Verizon signal at 4 bars. Not necessarily a destination park but there does appear to be a number of touristy things to do within the area. We would stop here again.

Nice park and very friendly & helpful staff. Easy off & on I-5. Close to I-5 so there was road noise but not bad enough to be a problem. Sites were level with small patios and grassy areas between sites making for a very roomy feeling. Sites are angled to give feeling of more privacy between RVs. Verizon signal was 3 bars.

Nice park just north of town and just far enough away from I-5 to eliminate road noise. Easy off and on of I-5. Pretty Setting. Pull thru sites long enough for our 35 ft. 5th wheel & long pickup with some footage to spare. Grassy area between sites gives a little more elbow room than the average park. Verizon service good with 3 bars - I use my own Wi-Fi hot spot. Staff was very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and would stay here again.

Park is behind Scotty's and the NAPA store & isn't much to look at but it works fine for an overnight stop. Check in was easy & friendly. We did have to move sites as the cable was bad in the 1st one but worked fine in the 2nd. Close together but easy in-easy out pull through sites. We stayed hooked up over night and were pretty level. There is a little Chinese restaurant within easy walking distance. Diesel fuel available at Scotty's mini-mart. Price is before the Good Sam discount.

Gent at the registration desk was friendly & helped us with setup and provided helpful info about fuel stations and eating options in the area. Park is easy in-easy out pull thru sites. Cable TV is good. Sites are pretty close together for my taste, but we are only staying one night. Former guests didn't pick up after their pets. Wi-Fi was offered, but I have a Verizon hotspot which seems slow even with 4G & 3-4 bar service. Price is after Good Sam discount & before taxes.
